I recently encountered 2 new loans with radius federal credit union. I specifically dealt with makalani and she is terrific, very professional. She and the credit union is a fantastic bank, i would recomend makalani all day long--5-star rating for me

*** liers, crooks, and theives** I asked them to close my account months ago after they changed from st johns because I did not want to deal with them. Now they are telling me my account is negative over 200 bucks from all the return charges they charged me from a service that I deleted that account information from. I haven't used that account in months. Now threatening me that they are going to report me to check systems and report ot to the credit bureaus if I don't pay them. Credit unions were supposed to be better than banks. I am finding that statement tto be invalid.i also contacted the merchant they said was submitting requests for payments and they stated they have no record of anything being eReturnd

My husband and I have been a member for 5 years. The Delaware branch was awful to deal with. Called multiple times and no one return our messages. One lady was very short on the phone and we couldn’t obtain any info. We walked in person and spoke to Ashley Frederick who was very rude to us. All we wanted was assistance with a loan.

Worst most unhelpful customer service. They lost the title my car when I moved to another state can’t tell me how or how long it is going to take to get a new one!! If they are your finance company get a new one ASAP.

Well the new one on Seneca street has a buzzer. It makes no sound so can't tell if someone heard it so ya gotta keep pulling.when I first went there you said what you needed gave your # signed slip and out. The girl this week was not nice,didn't know it changed procedure already. I liked st.johns better and miss the girls. Not that I knew thier names. Put sound on buzzer

I formerly belonged to St. John’s Federal Credit Union which has become Radius FCU. I only had a basic amount of money in my St. John’s account, fot the purpose of being able to take a loan out, if need be. Radius has taken most of the $25 out because the account has been inactive. Good way to lose customers. I will paying a visit to close out the account. No notice was ever sent saying that money was going to be deducted. Poor way to conduct business and kerp accounts,

They do not answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. Good luck trying to make a payment! When they do speak to you they are uninformed about your accounts and could care less. Never reviewing pertinent information with you. Go to Summit FCU they’re wonderful and care about their members.

If I could give zero stars I would for the Delaware branch. I bank with Arizona Financial and had a check, I wasn't able to get centered on the mobile app. This branch has what I believe is shared banking with my financial institution. They confirmed it. Obviously I had wrote mobile banking on the back because I was trying to deposit it through the app and that is a requirement. So I called them, they said don't do it now but in front of a teller cross out mobile banking and initial it. That way they can verify its me. So went in. Upon reaching the counter and telling the teller what I was told, I was cut off and she got on the phone and called someone who said we cant do it. I didn't finish, I would have opened a checking account with them but she never offered. She didn't offer to help me with the app, nor any other option. She shut me down and offered no resolution. Now I don't know about you but I go to a credit union so I do not have to deal with the service that I would receive at a bank. I love that a financial institution would know me by first name and help me if I need it. A few things to note: I was NOT cashing the check I was depositing it. Another thing no one else was in there. So this did not happen because they were to busy.
