“Great cigar bar. Huge selection of whiskeys and bourbons. I'm bad with names, but the bartender was super knowledgeable on the craft cigars and whiskeys. A must stop for a cigar smoker while in Buffalo.”
“Amazing shop, the staff are extremely respectful and well informed. Their selection from glass pieces to their endless amount of new vapes and products always keeps me coming back. I live out in chicago now and it’s still my preferred smoke shop. Make sure to stop by and say hi to Christian or Jayden for the best help!”
“Such an amazing place! The owner is so friendly and accommodating. I came all the way from Canada and he hooked me up no problem. The customer service is 10/10. I’ll definitely be visiting again, customer for life!”

“It was my first time going there , I went because of the reviews this place has received . I was not disappointed . Not only are the hours of operation ideal , but the girl working was truly wonderful . She had great customer service, was knowledgeable , and was just really kind treated me like I was the biggest customer . I also enjoyed petting the cat. The store was huge had a ton of options and prices were more than affordable. I would recommend this place to anybody that I know and I will definitely be going back again!”

“Now HERE is a local business that I will continue to support especially due to the respect & treatment I receive each time I come through!!! I've yet to leave disappointed. Of the 5-6 times I've been here, I've been greeted & treated with such genuine hospitality that some of our more upscale restaurants in the area should take note & learn!! Jolli (I hope I'm spelling this correct!) has not yet failed to assist me and he's taken great care to answer all of my questions and provide me further insight so as to help my selection process. Thank you for always being of such service, and for greeting me with kind words and a smile, and for giving me a free soda pop (just because) each time as I leave!! I look forward to visiting again!!!”
“Awesome selection of glass, exotic snacks from all around the world, literally like the ones you see on tik tok, but LOCAL!! Great customer service, friendly atmosphere, clean, best prices in town !!”
“It's my new favorite smoke shop, They always have what Im looking for when I stop in and the staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I definitely recommend this place to my friends.”
“They are a really good place. They have some clothing, some trinkets, some jewelry, some crystals and smoking stuff if that is for u. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Go and check it out.”
“Don't be fooled by appearance. Neighborhood gas station with amazing staff. They fill the gas for you and it is priced extremely competitive.

“This place is the best dispensary out there, the people are friendly, and very patient when helping me out, excellent service all the way around, they have everything, T-shirts, incense, trays and so much more, and the glass pieces are phenomenal…. It’s a must go and check it out!!!”
“Best in town that I know of! Fresh pipe tobacco and superb cigars in their cabinets. Friendly bunch of old-timers hang out there. You can hang out and read and puff your cigar there! Will add photos soon!”

“Great staff and good prices. However I've been there twice in the past 2 weeks and they were not open. Google says 9am website says 10am and I went by there at 10:30 and closed ? so please update with your hours”
“This place is amazing. The friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable people you'll ever meet. The selection is insane, in a good way. Heck, one section feels almost like a museum. The variety of products is massive. There's nothing they don't have, whether for vaping/smoking nicotine or other things ;-) you'll really like this place.”
“Absolutely love this place. They are the only location that has the vape I like. They are very welcoming and also have a lot of variety of things. I bought a hookah here before too and I loved it. Highly recommended!”
“I was extremely happy with my visit to the Niagara Falls blvd location. Caitlyn was amazing when I was there she was extremely helpful with my Kratom questions and so nice as well!! I will definitely be coming back to the Art of glass and I hope she is there because her knowledge and expertise was second to none. Thank you, Art Of Glass and thank you Caitlyn for all of your help!!!!”
“Fantastic selection, and depending on who’s working, they have good integrity! I bought a Volcano Vaporizer, I called ahead and was quoted at $500, but when I got there, they only had the Hybrid, which is around $600-$700, but the guy gave me the quoted price! Much appreciated! But now maybe I’d say closer to a 4 star rating due to customer service, I suppose it’s dependent on who’s working, but I called for some replacement parts, and whoever I talked to made me feel like I was possibly losing it, because they had zero idea what that iconic item even was, let alone able to help me even remotely, nor did they even pretend to want to help, lol.Overall a great place to shop with huge selection!”
“The owner of this place is a really nice guy he has his daughter working there and she is a sweetheart she's very polite to people and that's good for business”
