Mind you before bringing my car in, there were a multitude of issues. One of the valves were cracked, I needed new tires, new windshield wipers, the left rear break calipers had to be replaced , the car needed alignment, an oil change, and inspection!

“Running a clinic on customer service! After dealing with an exhausting weeks-long runaround at a local dealership regarding my 2015 F-150’s transmission issues, I brought my truck to CarFix.
From the second I walked in, they actually listened to me instead of brushing me off and following some corporate SOP. They walked me through their process, explained the exact diagnostics they were running, and were completely transparent about everything. Instead of trying to upsell an expensive computer replacement like the dealer did, they dropped the transmission pan, confirmed the lead frame was the problem and replaced it efficiently.

“Took my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee to get the transfer case replace the guy was very kind and understanding about it gave me a great deal for it. Before my Jeep was making a loud cracking noise they went through it throughly to make sure what was actually wrong to make sure what was wrong with it. “By far the most trustworthy mechanic you can ask for. I had an issue with my oil leaking after I got an oil change at delta sonic. Delta sonic said my engine oil pan gasket was leaking along with my transmission oil pan gasket. I was expecting to have a high bill after hearing that story. Bob & Don’s mechanic looked at my car, said it was a small seal that the delta sonic shop screwed up, and charged me way less than I was expecting because they diagnosed the issue correctly.
They could’ve charged me for replacing the gaskets which would have been a pretty large bill, but only charged me for replacing a small seal and replacing the oil due to properly diagnosing the issue. 100% recommend this shop for anyone looking for a trustworthy and competent mechanic.”

“I was driving to work when something seemed to fall off from under my car and was dragging on the ground. I pulled off into a parking lot and tried calling a few mechanics that were in the area. Five Star was the only one who picked up and told me to come right in. Ron introduced himself to me and took the time to show me what was going on underneath my car. Luckily it was an easy fix that took about 5 minutes (heat shield kept rusting out and falling, needed to be removed) and Ron did not charge me for it since we decided not to replace the part and it was a quick fix. I was very thankful for the fast service and thorough explanation, and needless to say, Five Star Automotive made what could have been a stressful morning into a very easy one!”

“This guy knows what he's doing. I have a 2003 clk 500 Mercedes benz. I didn't have much hope for it. I took it to at least four automotive shops asking why my whole car's electrical system is fluctuating. The dash, head lights, radio going on and off, A/C blowing unevenly. One guy said it an exotic, might wanna take it some where else. Others, we'll have to run a few diagnostics, and check the wiring. It's gonna cost you just for that. I was getting fed up. One day saw this foreign repair sign ( Grand Prix Garage), I explained all the issue to him just like I would in any other shop. He brought some voltage checking device, hooked it up. It's your alternator. That's it, that's all it was. He charged me $600, got the car back in two days.”
