“I just purchased a DeWalt Grabo from Tool Nut and had the most pleasant customer service experience with Rhiannon - She Took my request to notify me when the Grabo tool is in stock, and she did exactly that. I jumped on the website and ordered it right away with absolutely no issues and I received a notice that is had shipped in just a few hours - Many thanks to Rhiannon for going the extra distance for me!

“You pay for convenience. Definitely more expensive than Lowes or Home Depot. But if you are in a pinch and don’t feel like driving or sitting in traffic, they are the place to go. Staff is polite and knowledgeable.”
“Everyone is so nice and helpful. You can find everything you need here. This is what a hardware store should be not aisle after aisle of big box stores useless stuff. I find things here that you can't find anywhere else. As an added incentive to come here they take care of a family of cats who are allowed to come and go as they please.?”

I shop here occasionally, but this behavior is not welcoming or customer friendly.”
“The store is really good. I guess the fact that it's brand new means that they have more things than others. The people who work there are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure they can help you. As somebody who has worked in retail, it shows that everyone works together and is customer-oriented. So many stores today barely acknowledge your existence but this is not one of them. 5 stars!”

It’s important to give back to local stores especially when the customer service is so great!! They have a lot of inventory as well. We bought chalk paint and supplies to make a chalk board on one of the walls! The boys are so excited!”

“I have had many issues with Home Depot, however this time was one of the best. I want to give a shout out to the manager, Rob. I was in twice trying to get a turf carpet for my daughter, both times no one was there in carpeting to help me. The 2nd time, Rob, the manager, gave me his card and told me to email him exactly what I needed and he would have it delivered the next day (which was her birthday). The order came at noon and the perfect time, as the birthday girl was very surprised. Thank you”

“Excellent hardware store! The staff is very friendly and helpful. (They once went into the basement to pull out a hose spray handle for me when I needed one in January—the definitely go above and beyond.) For a small space they stock a large inventory and are happy to special order something for you if they don’t carry it. Love that they’re a Benjamin Moore paint retailer, too. Kent wouldn’t be as great and convenient of a town without ACE!P.S. The two cats that live in the store, Harley and Nugget, are always a hit with my son, too. Shoutout to Shelby for luring Nugget out of the basement with catnip on several occasions for my son’s viewing pleasure. ?”
