“Had a fun 2 years living at The Forge! The team downstairs (especially Ben, Francis, and Louie) are incredibly nice and always treated us so well. They absolutely loved my pet and always gave him treats and love, which meant a lot to me. On top of that, maintenance requests were always done super quickly. Honestly it was few and far between since the building is kept so well. They actually really care about the residents with all the programming. One of the best buildings in NYC. It really felt like home and I honestly didn't want to leave! Missing it already.”
“We love living here! And in addition to the amenities which are fantastic what really makes it special is the staff. They are amazing!! Shekinah in the leasing office and Michael. His name is escaping me but we also have the best security/front desk staff who knows residents by name and he is always so kind! Management is always responsive and repairs are timely, repair men are friendly and helpful. Plus the events! My favorite has been the paint and sip with Tiffany. We had a great time! Hope to continue seeing those! They have workout classes every week, yoga on the roof, chess. This was our first apartment after college, and it’s been a great experience :) Thank you Estela and team and to anyone considering highly recommend!!”

“North Shore Towers Country Club offers an exceptional golf experience . The course was well maintained, with a true championship feel. I was particularly impressed by the course condition, which lives up to its reputation; the pristine fairways and expertly maintained bent grass greens are immaculately kept and designed to challenge golfers of all skill levels. The staff are extremely welcoming.
Beyond the beautiful 18-hole Par 70 layout, the highlight of my visit was the service. The staff is extremely friendly and looking to please. The VIP Resturant has great food and a nice bar. The woman members are extremely nice.”

“This Related building is a fantastic place to live in the Upper East Side near Central Park. The doormen and staff are excellent and all amenities are exactly as promised. Plus, all apartments have a washer and dryer in the unit! Love this place!”
“All the staff and workers are very obedient and do their jobs right, to make the clients/ tenants feel right at home. This place has one of the cleanest lobby toilets I've ever used. Almost like a king sitting on his throne.”
“I don’t think I’ll ever be able to thank David and Randy enough for what they did for me today.
This morning, I somehow managed to make the biggest mistake ever. I accidentally threw my phone down the trash chute with my garbage. The second I realized what I’d done, I felt completely hopeless. I honestly thought there was no way I’d ever see my phone again, but I went to the front desk anyway just to ask if there was even the slightest chance of recovering it.
David immediately reached out to Randy and kept me updated throughout the process. Randy then spent about 30 minutes going through the trash until he finally found my phone.
I can’t thank them enough. Randy’s kindness and professionalism were incredible, and I really appreciate that he was willing to spend so much time helping me recover something that was completely my own mistake. David was also so kind and responsive from the moment I asked for help.”
“I was a tenant at Pearson for a year and honestly one of the best buildings I’ve stayed in during my time in NY (I’ve been at three different buildings before). The building manager Mark is honestly the best of the best. Super kind, responsive and efficient. The management company should definitely pay him more. My issues were always fixed quickly thanks to Mark. Garrick at the front desk is also amazing, he takes the time to get to know the tenants and always so welcoming and helpful. I’m only moving since I want to be back in the city and a bigger space. The leasing office is kind of terrible and unresponsive but at the end of the day I didn’t have trouble getting my deposit back and they did end up extending my lease when I needed more time. THANK YOU MARK AND GARRICK!!!”
“Spring creek is one of the best when I first moved here in the summer and on the weekends it was a little noise but it’s very calm they have amazing events that are so fun. The only thing is sometimes they get the mail mixed up.other than that me and my family love it here.”
“Living at QLIC has been a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which makes everyday living much easier and more enjoyable. The building is very well maintained, common areas are always clean, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.
One of the biggest advantages is the location. Being so close to the subway makes commuting into Manhattan or getting around the city incredibly convenient. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live with easy access to transportation, QLIC is a fantastic option.”
“Concourse Village is a great location with shopping malls and a movie theater.There are beautiful parks located on concourse on east 161 Street. The B, D and 4 train is close by for commuters.Also Yankee Stadium is located on Grand Concourse on 161 Street in the Bronx.”
“I really like it so far, after 3 months. The staff is warm, friendly and capable, and the people I've met in the building are pleasant and diverse. I've not been bothered by noise from other people, though apparently someone was disturbed by me, home alone and walking barefoot, which I find hard to understand. The neighborhood is not as inconvenient or unpleasant as people say. I guess it depends where you need to go -- the second ave. subway works great for my office and other business appointments. The local Thai restaurant is first rate, whether you go there or arrange delivery. I found the application process horrendous and anything but welcoming, however, which is why I downgrade to 4 stars. It's a nice building in a neighborhood that's newly coming up and I'm not sure how they can be so fussy about specific financials and documentation for qualified tenants willing to take a chance. InsureRent is definitely overused and cost us an extra $5000 a year. They should be recruiting people due to the location.”
“I lived at crescent club for 8 enjoyable years. I made many lasting friends and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the building. My apartment was sunny and had great lighting with east and west exposures. The building amenities like the pool and fitness center added to a sense of community. Overall the building supers and porters were very accommodating whenever I had an issue (and there were a few maintenance issues). Most of the doorman were cheerful and friendly. I would certainly recommend Crescent Club - particularly the units on upper floors or those with large terraces. A good value for the right unit.”
“Nice building, staff, and community. Amenities are decent… gym, cash machine & vending machines, pool (not very big), and street or paid parking.
Only negative is that it’s not really walkable to any of the main cities parts of town, and public transportation isn’t the best in this area.”
“I’ve been living at The Monterey for three years now, and we’ve been so pleased with our experience. We benefit from a great location—close to the park and the subway—with charming little shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also very kid-friendly.
The building is well maintained, with a beautiful rooftop and a playroom in the gym. The gym is definitely a big plus, offering great classes throughout the week. Building management has always been very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!”
“Honestly, after apartment hunting in NYC for a while, I wasn't expecting the process to feel this easy, but RiverEast completely surprised me. The leasing agents were so responsive and down-to-earth. Every time I had a question, I heard back almost immediately, which in this city is honestly rare. They made me feel like a priority, not just another application.
The rooftop alone sold me. The views are seriously incredible, whether it's a weeknight after work or a weekend with friends, it's one of those spots you never get tired of. Living in the UES and having that as your backyard? Can't beat it.
The amenities aren't over the top, but honestly, I didn't need them to be. The building itself is so well-kept and high quality that it more than makes up for it. Everything feels clean, thoughtfully maintained, and like someone actually takes pride in running this place, and that goes a long way.
If you're searching for a place in the Upper East Side, do yourself a favor and check out RiverEast. I'm genuinely glad I did!”
“It has been a wonderful 5 years at MODA. My husband and I moved in newly married and have left with a 3 year old. So a lot of new experiences shared in this building. All the concierge workers have been so kind and helpful as well as the building workers. I have no complaints.”

“Had the pleasure of living here for 7 years.Let me just say that during Covid all the workers were working overtime following all guidelines and keeping the building CLEAN.They are up to date with appliances and Apps for putting in service requests. Very fast and easy to use.Maintenance staff is truly one of a kind and hard working.Prime location (express LIRR will get you into penn station in 10 mins LITERALLY)Sweet and kind neighbors. Safe neighborhood.Surrounding businesses are closed by 9/10 so it’s very quiet at night which is a huge plus.I would recommend this residential building to all my friends and family :)”
