“I work nearby Uptown Cleaners, so they are very convenient. I have never had a cleaners do such an excellent job on alterations. They have altered several items of clothing, and I am amazed at how well they do the altering and have never seen tailoring like they do.I have had suits and dresses dry cleaned here as well. The prices are excellent and fair and they do a nice job.Customer service is top notch, something not easy to find these days. “I've been using this laundromat for the last 5 months after trying 3 local ones in my area 5 miles away when I first moved to Suffolk County. It is by far the cleanest and most comfortable. I have never had an issue with any machine but you do need to watch out if there is a sign on it. It's typically short hand or initials of an issue for the staff, so I've seen customers ignore it, load and try to start a wash and then complain shortly after. However, there are plenty of machines in the facility for use. The staff is always helpful. The prices are quite high, but after the experiences I've had at the laundromats I mentioned, involving dirty floors, dirty or smelly machines, uneven drying... I'm happy to pay a little more to know I'm in a well kept, clean place, my laundry will be properly done and I can do it in peace. They recently repaved the parking lot too so I gave it an extra star.”
