“I am a new customer and wanted to write about my first experience here. We recently had a death in the family and my son needed his suit in a hurry for the. funeral. The cleaners that I had been using for years would not help me out. I came to Hom's one hour before closing and asked if they could help me out and just steam the suit, so my son could wear it in the morning. The gentleman (maybe the owner) said, " no problem". He acted like it was no big deal at all. It was so kind of him to treat me that way, being that I wasn't even a customer. Well, all I can say is now I am!”

“I generally do not dry clean my clothes, but I did bring some wool jackets here that needed cleaning. They were very professional and did a great job. I wanted to make sure that I was not putting chemicals into my clothes, so this wet clean option is the best I could find. I'd definitely recommend them.”

Always returned here to Tylili as they are competent, reliable and honest cleaners as well as reasonable & friendly.”

“I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.”

They have altered several items of clothing, and I am amazed at how well they do the altering and have never seen tailoring like they do.I have had suits and dresses dry cleaned here as well. “I don't understand the 3.8 rating, I was indeed hesitant after looking at that rating but I decided to go and check it out myself. Well, it's clean, organized and all the equipment is functional. The place is open 24/7 and has wash and fold service. It is indeed true that some non customers inside at one corner of the store but they were minding their own business. I parked in front of the store, had no issues with the parking. Didn't get a chance to use the back door parking though. I give it a 5/5. Thumbs up.”
