“I generally do not dry clean my clothes, but I did bring some wool jackets here that needed cleaning. They were very professional and did a great job. I wanted to make sure that I was not putting chemicals into my clothes, so this wet clean option is the best I could find. I'd definitely recommend them.”

“Been going there since they opened but have gone to others in between such as a place in Greenlawn which uses the name “Greenlawn Cleaners” as well as by “Eco Cleaners” at 51 Broadway which is a disastrous nightmare. Always returned here to Tylili as they are competent, reliable and honest cleaners as well as reasonable & friendly.”

“I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.”

“I’ve been here 3 times for alterations and 2 of those time the person convinced me the item already fit properly and advised against spending money to alter it. I so appreciate their honestly and kindness. The one alteration I did go through with was to repair a rip in jeans. The repair was so good I couldn’t find the seam, even knowing where to look. I will definitely be back.”

“Very nice employees, some language barrier. Could organize wash & fold better and use 2 3/4 full bags for p/u rather than 1 bag full up so can't close. Organize better please. Don't stuff ORGANIZED clean laundry. When in doubt LESS is MORE split the load please. ***of*****”

“I've been using this laundromat for the last 5 months after trying 3 local ones in my area 5 miles away when I first moved to Suffolk County. It is by far the cleanest and most comfortable. I have never had an issue with any machine but you do need to watch out if there is a sign on it. It's typically short hand or initials of an issue for the staff, so I've seen customers ignore it, load and try to start a wash and then complain shortly after. However, there are plenty of machines in the facility for use. The staff is always helpful. The prices are quite high, but after the experiences I've had at the laundromats I mentioned, involving dirty floors, dirty or smelly machines, uneven drying... I'm happy to pay a little more to know I'm in a well kept, clean place, my laundry will be properly done and I can do it in peace. They recently repaved the parking lot too so I gave it an extra star.”
