“If you have an anxious dog, look no further than Amanda!!!. She specializes in German Shepherds & other anxious breeds and truly understands the breed's unique needs. My girl is incredibly nervous, but Amanda takes the time and dedication to make her feel safe and calm. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her grooming she leaves as happy as she comes in ! Sometimes she doesn’t wanna come back home with me lol I highly recommend her services! Keep up the great work! I am so happy she stayed after the new ownership ?”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly reassuring. I was initially a little nervous about purchasing a puppy without meeting in person, but the communication and support I received made me feel completely confident and comfortable every step of the way. My puppy, Sprout, arrived safely and is healthy, happy, and already adjusting so well. You can truly tell they care about their puppies and the families they go to. Every question I had was answered promptly, and the delivery process was seamless. This has been such a joyful experience, and I’m so grateful for the care and integrity shown throughout. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to bring home a loving new companion!”

And a very special shoutout to Raphael for the incredible grooming session he gave my boy. Nitro looks absolutely amazing, and seeing how relaxed he was afterward honestly made my day even more. You guys are the best! 🐾”

“We had the best experience with Jay’lynn! We were out of dubias for our gecko and we were a back and forth on the sizing plus we’re only in town for a bit and she was absolutely wonderful. So gracious, so patient. She followed up with us multiple times and made sure what we needed was set aside. Would absolutely come here as often as I could. You don’t get customer service like that anymore. She is definitely the type of front facing service every company should want to represent them. Thank you Jay’lynn!”

They had a great selection of sizes for clothing and harnesses, which made it easy to find what we needed. We also found some adorable lamb toys to add to our growing Lamb Chop collection! Overall, a great selection and a pleasant shopping experience.”

PetPort 40, Main St, Northport NY 11768
“I've been to PetPort a number of times and have had the same experience every time. The employees are friendly and personable. They are open late and in my case they carry a very popular brand of cat toy. The "yeow" brand of catnip cat toys are some of the best catnip toys on the market. They are hard to find at chain pet stores like PetSmart and petco, but PetPort always has them. Shopping was quick and easy. Give them a visit you will not be disappointed.”

“Was in town and needed a grooming for Aspen on short notice. Was able to lock in a time the day before and the cut was superb! Tiffany & the staff were very friendly and great communicating any delays, pick up times, & detailed on what was done at pick up. Glad they enjoyed Aspen’s silliness (you can tell they enjoy what they do). TY!!”

“Decided to turn some negative space in my backyard into something useful. Contacted the company for a consult and within an hour Darian came and discussed plans for the space. I had an old pond that came with the house but never used it or knew how to. Darian went over all the details and what will entail to either removing the old pond or having it repaired. I chose to have it removed and install a new one since the old one wasn’t serving any purpose and was absolutely dated. We saw how much more room we had after removing the old pond that it paved the way for a water fall to be installed as well. Darian and his team took exceptional care of my demands and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the entire project. Honest and caring businessmen are hard to find but I am extremely happy that Darian understood what it means to get the work done in a timely manner and complete the job hassle free to the customer. Thank you for doing a fabulous job and making the very sad old corner into a beautiful area.”

“I adopted Molly from Long Island Feline Adoption Center in January 2023 and Im glad i did and its been nothing but joy and love ever since. Molly is my first cat and I definitely was a bit nervous as I only had dogs previously and I knew the breeds were definitely different. As soon as I arrived at Feline Adoption Center Cheryll took her time to get to know me and my living situation and what I was looking for and matched me with Molly. I came in on a Monday and visited every day that week and went home with Molly that Saturday. Molly is such a sweet, beautiful and well behaved cat. Im so lucky to have her and Im so thankful to Cheryll for matching us Molly is what was missing from my life. Molly is so comfortable in her new home and its only been 5 months and I know that love and joy is only going to continue to grow as I hope she lives a long & happy life. Thank you so much to Cheryll and Long Island Feline Adoption Center!!! You are the BEST!!”

“I have to be honest, when looking for a rehab I skipped this one because of the low stars. The one we picked was awful. I had to pull my father out. a friend then recommended Island. When I first walked in, it was 10pm. I noticed how absolutely clean the facility was. The staff was welcoming. They made my father feel so welcomed. Everyone is so nice. They communicate every aspect of my fathers care. The physical therapists are great. The bathrooms are clean and stocked. My father is a picky eater and they do not stop trying different food so that he eats. the nurses are awesome. I can't say enough how great they all are. Not one issue. The staff answers quickly to the call button. They make sure my father is comfortable. If you are looking for a rehab for a loved one, I strongly recommend Island.”

“This is one of the few petcos that carries some uncommon fish you wont't find at other petcos, which I can appreciate. That being said I do worry about the upkeep and health of the fish at this location. I noticed dead fish in several tanks, and one of the worst cases of ich I've seen in one other tank. I saw some rainbow fish that were being bullied and I had to buy them. I'm sure they would have been harassed to death otherwise. The aquatic section just seems to have dropped in standards/care from before. Hopefully the section is better taken care of again, as this is one of the better petcos in my opinion.”

“This store is always well stocked, neat, and has whatever I need for my pup. I bring my dog to the Pet Hotel and she appears to be treated lovingly. When she comes home she looks well and they are sad to see her go. The reason I gave it 4 stars is Petsmarts policy as a whole that pitbulls can not be put in play with other dogs. I know this issue is controversial but I won't get into that here. I disagree with the policy but other then that this store has been wonderful all around.”
