Customers highly recommend making the trip, as there are not a lot of locations for this credit union in NY and Long Island, but it is a great one to be a member of. The online app is very easy to use, and the hours are convenient. Navy Federal has also helped customers refinance their cars at lower rates and open their first checking accounts.
They are good but they have to fix there mobile app. It be the times where u want to spend money or check it it be unavailable an it starting to happen more frequently almost every night!!!

Chris from the Kings Point establishment in the maritime college was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of information regarding loans and options i had available to me that i was not aware of. This is how members should be treated so he has set the bar high in my opinion.
