After inspecting my car’s damage, by using her desktop within about five minutes she developed a detailed estimate for the total repair, and assured me that she would work with the other guy’s insurance company to have them cover the total cost.

“It was a decent auto parts store. There only seemed to be one entrance that comes very quick if headed north on Albany Avenue . So it's easy to miss. Headed south, you may see Advance sooner, but need to cross two lanes of traffic to pull into the parking lot. So it is not the easiest place to get in and out of. Fortunately for this Advance, there are not many options close by. So that probably helps them.There seems to be adequate parking with some parking in front as well as on the side. You probably could pull into the lot for the businesses next door if you miss the entrance. They may not be thrilled, but it's probably safer than trying to get over to the proper parking lot. You only have to cross a small patch of grass.I parked in front, and it wasn't the cleanest place ever. But not totally filthy either. There was a nasty smell of trash coming from dumpsters outside the Advance on the other side of the building, between advance and the road for the next door business's.The inside of this Advance seemed pretty much up to snuff. No things were not perfect. But without looking too close, things seemed somewhat organized and clean. I only stopped in for a quick item. So it wasn't a review I planned on doing.I did this review only because I like to patronize small business's over big corporate. But in this case, the big corporate business is one of the few choices. Maybe the only choice close by. And although not so great before you get inside. Inside this Advance is a world that many folks will need and use. I didn't expect wonderful things. But they provide the things folks may need, in a decent environment.”

“My experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center was outstanding, thanks to Destiny and both Joshes. Initially, I went to Hyundai for an oil change, but they quoted me $150, so I left and headed to Walmart around 8:30 AM. Josh had my car on the lift promptly, and by 10:00 AM, I was done. The technician who performed the oil change noticed my oil odometer was incorrectly set at 8,000 miles instead of 4,000, and he corrected it. I’m incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. Destiny went above and beyond, and both Joshes were diligent and hardworking. Walmart is lucky to have such an amazing team, and I regret not coming here first. I hope they all receive this praise for their outstanding efforts.”
