“A few months back I met up with a deer on Rte 209, he was kind enough to damage my front left bumper, fog light, sensors, and fender trim... before scampering off into the long grass.I stopped by Beautiful Bodies, who Lia Honda recommended, and Ann was very helpful at talking me through the process of what to expect from their shop during the repair process. Ann and the team were quick at providing a quote, and assuring me that they would work with my insurance company should any further repairs be needed once they had things taken apart.My Honda was there for approx 10 days, including a slight delay due to a faulty part being sent to them. “Stopped in passing through with a transmission line leak. Patrick not only dropped what he was doing to take a look but fixed it in about 5 mins. Other shops would have charged diag fee and then a flat rate repair. This guy did it out of kindness and wouldn't even let me buy him lunch for saving the day! He only asked for a good review for the shop. My hand to God, I'd recommend Patrick at Eagle becausehe's clearly not there to rip you off and knows what he's doing!The opposite of the Romeo family and their automotive scammerships. Trust me!!! “It was a decent auto parts store. There only seemed to be one entrance that comes very quick if headed north on Albany Avenue . So it's easy to miss. Headed south, you may see Advance sooner, but need to cross two lanes of traffic to pull into the parking lot. So it is not the easiest place to get in and out of. Fortunately for this Advance, there are not many options close by. So that probably helps them.There seems to be adequate parking with some parking in front as well as on the side. You probably could pull into the lot for the businesses next door if you miss the entrance. They may not be thrilled, but it's probably safer than trying to get over to the proper parking lot. You only have to cross a small patch of grass.I parked in front, and it wasn't the cleanest place ever. But not totally filthy either. There was a nasty smell of trash coming from dumpsters outside the Advance on the other side of the building, between advance and the road for the next door business's.The inside of this Advance seemed pretty much up to snuff. No things were not perfect. But without looking too close, things seemed somewhat organized and clean. I only stopped in for a quick item. So it wasn't a review I planned on doing.I did this review only because I like to patronize small business's over big corporate. But in this case, the big corporate business is one of the few choices. Maybe the only choice close by. And although not so great before you get inside. Inside this Advance is a world that many folks will need and use. I didn't expect wonderful things. But they provide the things folks may need, in a decent environment.”

I took a star off for the way they handle phone calls. As they ask you to place you on hold but just do it without your response. You will find everything you need there”

“This review is in reference to a gentleman by the name of, James, that works in the Kingston NY location. After receiving eight wrong parts for my vehicle, (which was my fault), I was stranded several towns away, while the mechanic had my vehicle on the lift, and attempting to make all repairs necessary. I placed a call to the store, and James absolutely went above and beyond to get me the correct parts for my vehicle. Not only did James get the correct parts for my vehicle but, he arranged to have them delivered to the mechanic at no cost, and also pick up the wrong parts and exchange them. Because of this employees attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond his duties and, give special attention to my problem, I was able to have my car repaired on time and back to me by the end of the day while I was out working myself. James and, this particular location will always have my business, and I will forever speak highly of this employee and his courteous and prompt attention to help me with my problem.”
