“First time back here in over a year after a very bad customer service experience with a rude employee. However this time the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My online order was ready to go when I arrived and was packaged up nicely. The employee asked if I wanted a cart to take the parts to the car, and loaded them onto the cart for me.
As I ordered brake parts, the employee even took the time to check that there wasn't anything that I forgot to order that I might need to get the job done, which was very much appreciated and noticed (grease, brake clean, etc).
The past experience is the only reason for 4/5, but will definitely be coming back after the most recent experience.”
“They do great work, keep you updated as the work is going on, and explain the whole process very well. They worked directly with my insurance for payment aside from the deductible, and I was even able to drop off my rental through Enterprise/insurance there. Very helpful and friendly staff. My car looks and drives like new. Highly recommended!”

“My experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center was outstanding, thanks to Destiny and both Joshes. Initially, I went to Hyundai for an oil change, but they quoted me $150, so I left and headed to Walmart around 8:30 AM. Josh had my car on the lift promptly, and by 10:00 AM, I was done. The technician who performed the oil change noticed my oil odometer was incorrectly set at 8,000 miles instead of 4,000, and he corrected it. I’m incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. Destiny went above and beyond, and both Joshes were diligent and hardworking. Walmart is lucky to have such an amazing team, and I regret not coming here first. I hope they all receive this praise for their outstanding efforts.”
