“Blown away by my experience here. Didn’t know getting a car repaired could be such a great experience. After being turned down by Walmart for walk-ins and Autozone being so overpriced, my husband and I were so discouraged and stressed for our car and finances. We came by here on a whim because we heard we could get our air pumped for free, and they welcomed us with a fantastic attitude and smile (such a contrast to our last two experiences at other places). We also asked on a whim if they replaced car batteries, and they said yes! That they could do it on the spot! It was incredibly fair priced/affordable and they changed it in just 12 minutes!! Check out was easy and smooth. Pricing was so fair. All the workers we interacted with were so kind and in a great mood. I can’t tell you how much the great attitude really made our day. Thank you STS Tire for all your incredible service. Please keep it up. We will be returning for future problems, and recommending our friends to go here!”

“i went to lia earlier this month to have my car looked at and i had a very good experience; beginning with chris. chris explained everything clearly to me regarding my car. i don't know him on a personal basis, but he seemed like a good honest man. he is definitely well-suited for his job. the mechanic, in a video, explained in detail, what maintenance was needed to be done on my car. he was professional and easy to understand. he did a great job fixing my car and as a result, my car is running great. i have seen a lot of mechanics and i was never treated with the professionalism, consideration, and utmost respect that i received from everyone at lia. i had a good experience and feel confident i made the right choice. i strongly recommend lia.”

“Have my truck towed in on Friday they tell me it’s a bad ECU… I break my balls to find the same exact ECU that came off the same exact truck. They put the new ECU on, they realize that it’s not the ECU that it’s another wire.
Now if it had taken them hours to trace where the bad wire was to realize it wasn’t the ECU I wouldn’t be giving them one star… But they literally found it 10 minutes after putting the new ECU in they gave me a quote of 4/$6000 to fix the ECU yet it wasn’t the ECU

If I could give 3 1/2 stars I would however, because I can’t, four stars… had a couple back-and-forth emails with Patrick the service manager. And come to find out he was the individual who worked on the truck.
Not going to get into everything that was said through the emails, just still my only concern would be when you’re giving someone an estimate for 4/$6000. You need to be right. Patrick took responsibility, and owned up to the oversight. I respect this.
It did cost 12 hours of time and an ECU that was never needed was purchased for 500, plus an additional 300+ dollars for the repair/diagnostic (which was wrong) still, the truck was repaired and we were on our way.
I hope their business as well and they take a little bit more time diagnostic a truck before they give an estimate to fix something that doesn’t need to be fixed.”

“My Subaru was acting up and the dealer told me that it would need a new transmission at the cost of $10,000+ and 7 or more days in the shop. I brought it in to Sharpe and yes, it needed a transmission but they did it for half that amount and in just over 2-days. They were helpful, friendly, and the car is running perfectly fine now. Totally recommend this place!”

“This shop was recommended to me as being a great repair shop. I've had my Subaru in for exhaust repair and they did everything they could to repair only what was absolutely necessary.
Over time other parts of the exhaust rusted away and they replaced them as needed.
They changed my automatic transmission fluid for less than the ballpark price I was given because a filter was not required. That's very honest ?.
