“Donated 2 very large bags of Blue Buffalo dog food. Asked if we could see the animals & was told yes. However, when we went inside to look at the cats we were told we were not allowed to be in the cat room without an appointment?? That seemed odd but we apologized and left quietly. I would think people would be allowed to browse the animals since they are up for adoption. Regardless of the negative experience, we appreciate all that they do to home unwanted animals.”
