“I travel alot and my stops are always stewarts in different areas for coffee,snack and to use the bathroom . This shop the manager Donna is always so nice and every one of the staff greets me as soon as the door opens. It's so nice makes me smile. Then the coffee is always fresh and my boyfriend appreciates that then last is the bathroom, it is the cleanest so far in any stewarts even the new ones. So thank you very much fir your service.”

“In my busy day I rushed in to pay for gas & at the same time get change of money not realizing what I was doing the cashier calmly tried to make sense of what I actually wanted & made me realize I had to slow down long enough to make sense of things especially things that are as important as money. I felt so bad that I couldn't stop apologizing for my nonsense, but he was a gentleman & smiled & said "slow down & things will get better for you now go and enjoy your day and if I don't see you again happy holidays and have a good life." I was feeling like a lil piece of terd, yet I was blessed in how kind & patient he was with me. I'm definitely going there again & recommend anyone else as well. HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE STAY SAFE.”

“When this place was the former Hess station, rarely if ever, did I ever come into this store. I felt it to be too far from the jobs I was working at and since this store seemed to never be open when I needed it, I never stopped here years ago. But ever since I left my jobs near your competitors who were closer to my work, I've been finding myself coming into this store and gas station quite an awful lot. (I've even created a Speedy Rewards account as well). But from my observations starting back in January 2017, one experience isn't like any of the others. Every time I walk in here, there's always some fresh new employee on the register. I'm either going in to buy a Freal shake or to put money on my 3¢off Speedy Cash Gas card, and every time, I get what I pay for. I really don't like that there's no LTE in this region (so check-ins aren't an option on a common mobile app for this store) but that's not too big of a problem for me. I come in routinely now; between my brother and family and I, it seems like we never get to go any place else to get gas or some of our real quick stop-ins for a quick snack when nearby. In tonight's journey in (where my mom came in and got gas for two cars) and put a boatload of money on a Gas card she had, after having paid to add money to a gas card then coming out to begin pumping while entering my rewards number, she had problems getting the gas card to accept at two pumps (pump #4 and later pump #1). After entering the Alternate ID for the rewards card, it would ask for the card (we'd swipe it and all it would do is say "Please wait". We'd wait and it would just stand there for several minutes.) When we went in to gather someone to actually get them out to observe (they had two people working the shop inside), the employee finally observed and got it to go through but almost didn't trigger the Alternate ID at the pump. Ugh! If the other nearby Kingston, NY location ( wouldn't be as grumpy as they seem to be when we enter, I would have said "let's go there instead tonight", but we attempted here and got results to get it to work. What my mother was really concerned about was that the sign says 10cent difference if you use the gas card, but after checking my Speedy Rewards app, that problem is only a once in a lifetime if you'd like to redeem points (which at this point I'm not willing to do!)”

“I still think it was an interesting choice to put a QC Express directly across the street from a full Quick Check. I really only use the Express when I need to head into Uptown Kingston after getting gas because the parking lot routing and turn restrictions on the full sized place are so weird.”
“The other day (Thursday) after coming back from an Uber run as an Uber driver, I ended up stopping here to get some gas using my GasBuddy card, and although my GasBuddy card only works outside, I could find few problems with my transaction. Things were clean, though there were no other cars filling up alongside me. I can't even say it's a problem of mine, but I never did know that Citgo has their own gas-savings/rewards card out there. I saw an application to fill out for this card at the pumps, but I had my own form of gas-saving/rewards card with GasBuddy that I was dealing with. I just wish it wouldn't be geared towards those with insertable cards to start it off, as I bet my other brother has a card already and was hoping you'd have a way to enter a phone number or similar at the pumps to get the same discount. I'm thankful I don't have to go through all that rigmarole with GasBuddy at my side. I can't stand always saying what seems to be the same thing in all my gas reviews. But when you figure in all the possible places with only pay-at-the-pump conditions, you get the picture that I have few other choices to choose from in what to say. But it hasn't been just me that has stopped in. My brother also stops in on occasion - though his experiences are sparse and outdated, and besides they are his spot to get a short car-wash which is also present on site. (This experience I can't back up, as I myself have never used this location's wash, as I find better prices and services elsewhere that make this car wash unnecessary and pricey.)”

To the cashier, thank you for letting me know that the cookies were 2 for $5. And to the gentlemen who made my redbull drink, a mishap happened and he apologized so many times. I wanna applaud u for ur customer service skills truly! People like you make me enjoy humans interaction. You were genuinely apologetic and corrected my drink to perfection! Coconut is my favorite ! “Editing this review from a one star to Five Star because I'm so so very pleased with how things were handled this morning. At approximately 7:50 a.m. I received a call from Vicky one of the owners at AAA. She had received my email and advised that I would be having a service call at 10:00 a.m. she also apologized for how their call center had handled my call last night. At 9:30 a.m. John, the same gentleman who cleaned my furnace yesterday, arrived. He also bled the line for air leaks and the furnace still kicked off. He then began troubleshooting and upon looking at the CAD cell (electronic eye) determined by its discoloration that it may be bad. Upon replacing it, and staying to make for the furnace stayed on, shut off and turned on again, he left. Thank you AAA Fuel & Services, repairman John and owner Vicky for resolving this issue so quickly.I'm very disappointed with Aaa Fuel & Services Inc right now. I've sent a private message on their website and email, detailing my issue. I hope they do the right thing tomorrow morning so I can edit this poor review.”
