“My husband and I were helped so efficiently by Emily, Marco and Jeremy with the process of transferring data’s to our new phone purchase. As well, we received helpful information as we address home internet/ phone service in the future.”

“I don’t usually do reviews but Bryan and his team went above and beyond to get my husband and I connected to WiF calling in a very remote area. Best experience ever.”

“Had trouble using the App and was able to get an appointment the same day. I had Lucy assist us during my visit and was so pleased with her amazing customer service and expert knowledge. She did not only assist with helping me upgrade the phone I really wanted but she informed me of my military discount that I was not utilizing, got me the best deal with trading in my old phone, and help lower my monthly bill tremendously! She helped assist me with transferring my information from my old phone to the new one. During this process she informed me that the fee should have been waved after applying my military discount. Instead of just having me call at some point to possibly see if I could have this fee taken off my next billing statement, she took the initiative and called verizon customer service herself. Saving me time and any foreseeable issues I may have had. Lucy is amazing and this Kingston location is now my go to if I have any issues or plan on making any future purchases.”
