“We have been T Mobile users for almost 2 years having switched from another one of the big providers.

As full-time residents of the Northern Catskills in NY, we had some initial concerns regarding coverage and service.
We are happy to report that there have not been any instances where we have been unable to use our phones.

Online tools related to billing and other matters are clear and easy to use.
Pricing is less than we were paying with the other provider.

We had a recent issue where one of our phones was dropped on gravel.
The phone was not damaged, but the screen protector was.

We went to the T Mobile retailer at Ulster Ave and Kings Mall Court in Kingston, NY.
The store was not overly busy, but staff was handling other customers.
We were still acknowledged and told someone would assist us after they were done with other customers.

After a short time, Farhan had completed serving other customers and asked why we were there.
We explained the situation and he was quick to respond.

He listened and understood why we were there.
There was no pressure to buy or upgrade to new technology.

He took the phone, removed the old screen protector, cleaned the device (with multiple wipes) and installed a new screen protector.
The phone looks a good as new and is now once again protected.

We had an overall positive experience and nothing but praise and thanks to share about T Mobile overall and Farhan in the Kingston store.

“Had trouble using the App and was able to get an appointment the same day. I had Lucy assist us during my visit and was so pleased with her amazing customer service and expert knowledge. She did not only assist with helping me upgrade the phone I really wanted but she informed me of my military discount that I was not utilizing, got me the best deal with trading in my old phone, and help lower my monthly bill tremendously! She helped assist me with transferring my information from my old phone to the new one. During this process she informed me that the fee should have been waved after applying my military discount. Instead of just having me call at some point to possibly see if I could have this fee taken off my next billing statement, she took the initiative and called verizon customer service herself. Saving me time and any foreseeable issues I may have had. Lucy is amazing and this Kingston location is now my go to if I have any issues or plan on making any future purchases.”
