Dealership is okay. They do have good prices on used cars. But avoid their salesperson Jim McCann. He is rude and disinterested in selling cars. He made us feel that he was doing us a favor. Didn't return calls on time and was disinterested in getting the deal through. We did buy the car but had to work with another salesperson.

I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and care I received at Toyota last week. I will never go back, and you should beware.I bought my car here in 2016 and have been getting most of my service done here for the past 7 years. Last week one of my tires (that I bought from this location 18 months ago, and stored with them each winter since) exploded while I was driving. The person who changed out my tires said the tires looked dry rotted and since I bought and stored them from Prestige I went over there with the tires to ask them to please look at them and let me know what they saw. I was dismissed at every level of service. The tires were given a cursory look by a tech at check in, and then the Hyundai service manager (Chuck?) reluctantly came out after I was told to come back another day when the Toyota manager (Eric) was there. No one expressed the tiniest bit of concern, and I left a message for Eric the next day which was never returned. I went in today to get the tires I still have stored there and Eric would not even come out to talk to me, and told my husband he didn't bother to call me back because he talked to the Hyundai manager and there was "no point in talking to her."I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Prestige over the past 7 years and no one there could do me the courtesy of a 5 minute conversation. I never had any issues for all the years that I just paid them money and did every repair they recommended, but the second that I asked them to check the quality of their service they disregarded me in a completely outrageous fashion. You can see there are a number of reviews here that reflect a similar issue.I highly recommend you get your service done elsewhere. And Prestige....I truly hope you can do better, but I doubt you will. The culture of the whole place seems to unconcerned with what their customers think or feel.Just look at how they respond to any reviews here. AI: "We wish you many happy and safe miles!"

Very poor service. I asked them to text me a picture of the window sticker and they didn't. I called and texted 3 times to confirm the correct amount of the cashier's check so that the transaction would go smoothly. Each time they confirmed a number but it wasn't correct--$700 in excess of what I actually owed. I don't know if they were hoping I would not check the paperwork. I bought the car with a phone call and offered them the full asking price. I got shifted around from person to person so that when something went wrong each of them blamed somebody else.I tried to take delivery of my car on a Saturday but they absolutely refused. I had to take a day off during the week to come. They did not mention this at all when I was purchasing the car and gave them a deposit that a pickup could not occur over the weekend.They did not make me feel comfortable as a customer. I'll potentially be in the market soon for another new car, but it will not be with this dealership!

Not worth going into. Your service fell off and I won't be back not even for warranty work. Poor at best. ? as long as your spending money ? ? your good the minute it's a warranty problem they are ghost ? ? 30 years of buying cars,and trucks and really great service gone in one day. Not everyone there are un caring just your so called techs at the inside desk. Poor, poor, poor. DONE bye to you all, best wishes. STOP THINKING PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WOMEN ARE STUPID. ? ? That review was true. "Literally the worst customer service". They only gave me 1 key with my new RAV4 and when I called the manager just now he said, "You need me, I don't need you.". I called for 3 months and only got someone on the phone twice. They told me they could not get the person I needed because they're in a different building. Unbelievable. Go to a different dealer. These people do not deserve your business.

Incredibly bad customer service. I am normally not one to complain however the manager was rude and did not care at all when I told him I called weekly for 3 months and did not get anyone on the phone. He was insulting and unprofessional. Absolutely no one is helpful at Prestige.Do yourself a favor and find another Toyota dealer.

You'd think dealers would try and break the mold regarding their stereotypical ways. Quoted a service price and ended up paying almost double. A "diagnostic charge" is another money grabbing feature. They are probably not the only dealer that does this. Back to my local service station in the future where your vehicle gets fixed for a fair price. If it's not right, they make sure to get it right. I know, business is business and dealers pay a high overhead and prob pay their mechanics well. As an example, you go to a restaurant. The host estimates and hour wait. You get called in half the time. You're happy and grateful. Maybe if service departments would quote on the high end, then come in lower, they could help break some of those stereotypes. Some food for thought. Well, they turned around and are refunding an hours worth of labor! THE RIGHT THING TO DO. They've earned a repeat customer!

We have been impressed by the work done at the dealership ever since we bought our first Toyota at Prestige. Questions are always answered either on the phone or when we're there in person. Cars are serviced quickly and professionally and we feel our car is maintained well. A perk is the ability to have the car picked up and delivered for which we are very grateful. When we need another car in the future we will buy from Prestige, especially because of the excellence of the service department.

It took me a day or two to get in contact with them, but I am sure glad I did. I bought my new Sequoia with them, and have had 3 Toyota buying experiences around the tri-state area. Chris Hall was fat and away the best I’ve dealt with. He truly wanted me to feel comfortable before I bought the car, and we extremely knowledgeable even though the 2023 Sequoia was a totally new model at the time. In addition, they were straightforward on pricing with no surprises - and the paperwork at the end was as fast as I could’ve hoped for. I will go back whenever I buy my next vehicle.

About a month ago my wife and I purchased a car from Jim M. at Prestige Toyota. This is not your normal sales process, they are super transparent and not on commission. Both of those things are very refreshing and give the sales process a much different feeling right from the start.The sales process, aside from basic input of some data, starts with them listening to you and what you want. Asking probing questions and determining what models would be best to focus on. This can change, but this time spent at the desk is much more about what you need rather than what is the most expensive loan I can sell. You’re focused on need rather than emotionally driven decision making. That is how it felt to us.Walking around and sitting in cars is always fun, the world becomes your oyster. Time to ask every question under the sun. Be real about your non-negotiable needs. Jim M. is really good, he answers very honestly and directly when he knows the answer, and goes to find the answer when he doesn’t have an immediate answer.This front loaded sales process almost makes the test drive a foregone conclusion. Still, it’s an important thing to do that might surface more questions about controls and all the features that the modern Toyota has.Now the money part. We chose to finance this car with a healthy down payment. I felt the details here are mostly similar to other experiences with a few important differences. The first is that the price of the car is the price. No negotiating. The second is that your private information will be kept private. It is a very real concern and at least Jim M. went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable in how our information would be handled.The delivery of the car was by appointment and handled professionally. Jim M. took a good bit of time to explain the functions of the car and get it set for my wife to drive. She wanted certain functions turned off and Jim was careful to see that it was done. And that is that. We had a low pressure sales experience where we felt listened to and at drove off the lot with a car purchase we felt good about. What more can you ask for?

Would’ve gave them a 5 star because they’re all are great people, offer great service, and great prices. EXCEPT for the people at reception. Their was mouse droppings all over their waiting room. I saw the mouse and brought it to their attention and they said “yeah we know about”. Like bro really. Sad one person gotta run it for a great company. It’s the lack of custom concern from the desk jockeys for me. Got video proof :)

If you are shopping anywhere else, you’re in the wrong store. If I could give 10 stars I would!Must Read: I have worked in the auto industry for many years. Naturally when my aunt and uncle needed to get out of their vehicle and into a new vehicle they reached out to me for help. Unfortunately I reside 3hrs away. Joe (Sales) & Gino (Sales Manager) you are a true asset to Prestige Toyota. Thank you for listening. Thank you for helping. Thank you for being genuinely good people. MOST OF ALL, THANK YOU FOR BEING NOTHING LIKE JOHNSTON TOYOTA. They took advantage of good people, overcharged, over promised and under delivered in every single way possible. We could not get a call back from sales, finance or a sales manage. Meanwhile Joe and Gino kept constant communication throughout the entire process.PRESTIGE TOYOTA HAS EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND FAMILY AND FREINDS TO YOU.Thank you again for all of your help, your honesty, your compassion and for taking excellent care of my family.Kathy G

Very disappointed!! Been here for years. March regular service including (allegedly) fully checking the coach battery but two months later it failed causing catastrophic electronic and costly problems. Hard to imagine the battery failed completely two months after "testing" just fine. Looking at this further the report from March did not show proper testing recorded. No apology no refund. Have to seriously question going back for service
