Our furnace wouldn’t turn on and i had called the emergency number, he assured me he would do anything to get a tech there and if he couldn’t he would personally bring over all of the space heaters he owns to ensure my children and I were warm until someone could get there the next morning as he just works in the office, he wasn’t a tech. He ended up showing up to my house 20 mins later to fix the issue for the night and came back first thing in the morning the following day with the correct parts.
