“(Old) Freedom Propane owned my 50-gal tank when I moved in. So in 2022, I had them add split off a line for a gas grill, and was told it would be ~1 hr job and their charge per hour. When the work was done <60 minutes later, I was charged more than 4 times what I'd expected. NEVER AGAIN.

ZOOM forward to 2026 and I learned of the NEW Freedom Propane, bought by a larger family-owned business. Well, it's a WORLD of difference. I needed to change a cut line from a gas stove to instead extend it to a portable generator spot, add a quick-connect valve and hose. Tom visited, gave me a quote on the job and clearly explained the basis for the quote. NO SURPRISES, unlike the 2022 experience. I agreed to the quote and Cory came the following week. He explained clearly what he'd be doing, worked efficiently, retested ALL the lines. The work was done cleanly, the plantings near the house were worked around, and both Tom and Cory were friendly and well-mannered. Tom & Cory completely renewed my faith in Freedom Propane. “Truly so happy we went with Britt and Graff, they have handled our needs timely and with such professionalism. Our furnace wouldn’t turn on and i had called the emergency number, he assured me he would do anything to get a tech there and if he couldn’t he would personally bring over all of the space heaters he owns to ensure my children and I were warm until someone could get there the next morning as he just works in the office, he wasn’t a tech. He ended up showing up to my house 20 mins later to fix the issue for the night and came back first thing in the morning the following day with the correct parts. Just that consideration alone meant so much to me and I cannot recommend this company enough.”
