on line appointment process was easy. self service check in was very easy. i was called in to start my blood test exactly on time.
Quest Diagnostics has proved that exceptional customer service is actually possible; I recently used another local lab and the difference between them and Quest was like night and day.

I gave them a 3 because it’s impossible to reach anyone by phone. Otherwise I would have given a 5 for my in person experience there.
I have a bloodwork appointment at 9:40. It’s supposed to be fasting but I forgot and ate. I’ve been trying to notify them for 1/2 hour unsuccessfully. No efficient way to contact them and even difficult to schedule. I thought I was going to switch and do all my bloodwork here but nope! I’m returning to Nuvance lab. Very frustrating.

Very rude dark long haired worker takes in people that she knows no matter who was there first. I registered first and then watched the guy clicking "no appointment" button, and yet the technician smiled to him, called him by his name and took him in before me. Very unprofessional!

I had an 8:40 appointment. I checked in on my phone while I was in the parking lot. As soon as I walked into the waiting room, I was called in. I didn't even get a chance to sit down. I went in and while one girl did the paperwork, the other girl took my blood. And I was done instant. That's exactly how I want me visit to be especially since I have to fast. Thank you for a nice smooth worrisome visit.
