She didn’t make me schedule an appointment. She was very sweet and accommodating. She not only agreed to do the job, but she also quoted me a very reasonable price and is able to have it done within a short timeframe. I am very happy with her customer service. She cleaned my engagement ring while we were discussing the process of restringing my pearls together. I haven’t received the final product back yet (as I’ve just left it with her this afternoon), however, I have faith in her skills and experience. There are too many people dishing out negative reviews these days. I figured I’d give Laurie the credit that she deserves. I’d definitely recommend this jeweler.
