I Always go here because they are open 24 hrs and so close to my apartment and everytime I have come here I have always been greeted with a smile,or a " hello,how are you" type greeting when walking in only when the female employees are working. Seems as though when the male employees are working they do not put forth that effort and have even come off rude because they do not say anything at all. And it makes a difference because a smile can go a long way.Inside seems to be kept clean and parking lot was clean too.”

When I was cashing out he took the time to have a splendid conversation with my coworker and I. To be frank it made my morning. “So I noticed the reviews are bad for customer service, but I just went in there this morning for some coffee & a quick breakfast, and everyone was super nice & made sure I was taken care of and service was quick and polite. The coffee was hot and the breakfast sandwiches were good, and it was only $4 for a medium coffee and a sandwich.”

“I have been to Cliff’s local market on Kirkville rd many times on the overnight shift. I can’t say nothing more but exceptional things about the two young men that you have working overnight I think their names might be AJ and Grant.
They are such a help whenever I need a sandwich whenever I have a question, they are always there to help me. I sure do hope that you acknowledge what good workers you have working at the Cliff local Marketplace”

“I always stop here for pizza on my way through New York. One time the pizza was great but then they changed and had a different pizza the last time I was there. I really enjoy talking with the lady about the good and the bad about Syracuse. It is so handy if you are staying at one of the hotels close by. You can get pizza and beer and take it back to your hotel..”
