“Small but good selection. I asked the cashier if she needed to see my driver's license. She hesitated, almost like she was contemplating. I knew she knew I was over 21, but she didn't know that I knew she knew. So I gave it to her anyway and she glanced. After that awkward exchange she cashed me out and bagged up my whiskey. I'd have given them five stars (simply because they're a liquor store), but when I said 'enjoy your evening' she only said 'mmhm.' It wasn't a snotty 'enjoy your evening,' mind you. I've worked behind counters and know what customers are like. I genuinely wanted her to be happy.”
“Been going here a while. I now live a decent distance away but still make the drive. Awesome people running the place. John is super friendly and will recommend his favorites. Always has liquors on display that aren't novelties, just good quality stuff, as well as a large selection of best sellers and some cheaper options too. Love this place.”
“Very strange setup. They are drive through only, which is fine, but they aren't properly setup to handle just drive though. I pulled up and asked if they had a specific brand of seltzer (Ranch Water). The guy said yes and asked if I wanted a 12 or 24 pack. I said a 12 pack and asked him if they took a credit card. He said yes, then he proceeded to take my credit card inside the building. That's a huge red flag. With all of the fraud that's happening, a business should have a card reader outside. Plus there are no prices listed anywhere. He came back out with my card and the 12 pack and I thanked him. As I was pulling away, I wondered how much the 12 pack was. When I checked my Chase app, I saw a charge for $25. $25 dollars for a 12 pack of hard seltzer????? That's insane. If I had known that, I wouldn't have purchased it.If you're going to run a drive through only, which is odd, prices need to be available to customers outside, or else how do I know they're not just making up prices at the time of purchase and charging me whatever they want? They also need to have a card reader outside. Other than that, I'm grateful they had that specific product and I like the drive through option, but it just needs some simple changes.”

I don’t think of the selection as small, so much as I think of it as “curated” - Southbridge takes all the hard work out of picking a great bottle of wine…and I always leave with something really magical to try.Can’t recommend Southbridge enough!!”

“We needed a last minute gift delivered and called Robbies liquor in Binghamton because of big ad that they deliver but they wouldn't deliver 5 minutes away ...
