“Use for towing/towing! Accident with a deer on the 81 ?? great service!! ? Seriously, I couldn't have asked for much better! He helped us find a hotel, waited at 2 places to make sure everything was sorted! Answered all our questions all with a very honest price ???? my vehicle was in very poor condition and I was unfortunately poorly insured so... We settled this so that he would buy my car (he didn't did not give the expected amount... But to match the price of the court located a little further away) thank you for everything ?”

“I stopped by out of the blue to get a quote for some damage on my car and John was great. He immediately helped me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I told him it might be a little while before I'm able to have a repair done and he advised me of ways I could protect the damage in the short term, something that other body shops I went to didn't really do when I had asked them about it. Overall, it was a much more transparent experience than some of the other local body shops I visited. John was so helpful and straightforward and you can tell he's been doing this for a very long time, I'll definitely be contacting them when I'm ready to have the work done”

“The fuel supply line to the cylinder head on my 3406E Caterpillar engine burst. We contacted Don Oralls and they were able to work me in the same morning. The mechanic was proficient and worked steadily. He was cautious with my truck and explained what he did, showing me the damaged part. The labor rate is competitive with neighboring shops and Don Oralls is close to the Loves and TA right off 81. I noted that they do road service and towing. The entire staff was friendly, and I would definitely do business with them again.”
“I've been to quite a few garages, and like most people, feel as if I am getting the runaround. Not at Ray's. Had a problem that another garage (Firestone) for some reason or other, could not figure out. But Ray's did. And Ray explained it to me like I was 5, which helps completely, because I am not a tech. He took his time, got it done and no more problems. He is a busy guy, but worth it. Completely.”

“Our 1999 Ford F20 Super Duty diesel truck was in need of a fuel injector ASAP. Lunar Trans was recommend to me so I called Kyle. After consulting with him, we opted to have all injectors replaced since truck has 194K miles.I called Lunar on Tuesday and had truck towed there that morning. By Tuesday afternoon they already had things torn apart and had ordered new injectors. The injectors arrived Wednesday morning and we received a call late Wednesday afternoon that truck was ready to be picked up!We picked it up Thursday morning and headed to PA to pick up our stranded horse trailer. Could not believe they did our truck in two days!!!Thanks to Kyle and his team for FAST, excellent, professional, courteous and friendly service. And did I mention the bill was less than quoted? They will get all our future diesel needs!”

“I've used Don Snows for over 20 years. Every single time I've ordered a dumpster or a load of stone, DJ and the rest of the crew have always come through. Dj and Cody acted professionally and have explained the differences of the stone and have always delivered, literally! I like Don Snows also because they are local for me. The more money we direct to our local businesses the better our community will Be.I just recently had a delivery of Bluestone crusher run. And I wanted to mention this.Not only was the material of the highest quality and perfect for our project. But the trucks are real nice, clean and updated.Also what really makes Don Snows stand out besides their pricing... are the drivers. This last load we got there were wires all over, the road was busy yet the driver took care of everything and landed the stone safely exactly where we wanted it.Just ordered another load of topsoil, see picture. Clearly the best top soil in the area. Rich with organics. Client was very pleased. O told her it is more expensive than the sandy silt you get from other haulers, but totally worth it.”

“My daughter’s car broke down on I-86 while she was driving back to school, and it was towed to Joe’s Garage in Binghamton. Joe quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad coil and had the car repaired the very next day. Because we live on Long Island — four hours away — he even held the car for us over the entire Thanksgiving weekend so we didn’t have to make two long trips.
What really impressed me was that Joe actually drove to the shop on Sunday evening and opened up just so we could pick up her car. I was nervous about having a random mechanic work on my daughter’s vehicle, but towing it all the way home wasn’t feasible. We put our trust in Joe, and I am so glad we did.

“I cant speak to these other reviews, but Tom Studer helped my wife this afternoon up on Route 17 near Deposit. She got caught out with the rain, skidded off the highway, thankfully wasn't hurt, the car a bit dinged up. I wasn't there, I was 3 hours away so obviously a bit upset for her. My wife said Tom, and the police officer there, could not have been any more helpful, nice and caring. He towed her car, and her to the local body shop, and then drove her 25 minutes to the only open car rental place around. He went inside the car rental place to ensure they took care of her and helped persuade the service representative to get something approved that otherwise might not have been approved. He could have left her at the body shop, but drove 30 miles to the only open car rental, and then went in to ensure she was squared away. I cant speak to anything other than the show of consideration and compassion demonstrated today , to my wife, in a tough situation....few do that. Thus, I give him the highest ratings one could get here”
