“(Reviewing specific location, not bank as a whole) helpful and friendly staff, has a drive through, free and wheel chair accessible parking. The only downside is that once the bank closes you cannot access the ATM (there is a card swipe to get in to the ATM after closinh but multiple people I know cannot get in with their citizens bank card)”

“Overall very satisfied with Key Bank been with them since late December 2008 after moving into the area. Over the years they have been very helpful with friendly professional service. Any problems or questions that I had regarding accounts or transactions been able to resolve either at local branch or with their customer service departments. Hard to believe it’s been nearly 15 years elapsed time when I had first opened up an account with them. Even with many new faces and them moving to a bigger location from previous smaller location I am a very satisfied customer!! All goes well looking forward to doing future business with Key Bank! “I love this Chase Bank branch! Every time I go there it feels like the "old time" bank I grew up with where everyone knew me and my family. Bernadette is amazing and so helpful - she is the best! Also, everyone at the branch is super dog friendly and even encouraged me to bring in my dogs! Who does that?! I make a special trip to go to this branch and not the one closer to me because the customer service is so much better here.”

“I had to drive 45mins to cash a check drawn out of this bank. Before I headed down I gave a call in to find out what I needed to do as I don’t have an account here. Androy the manager answered the phone. Such a nice gentleman! He told me what I needed to do. A few hours after the call I drove down there, asked to see Andy. We sat down and started the process. Unfortunately there was an issue with the check, that’s why I drove the 45mins to go to that bank instead of depositing it into my bank. I had that feeling it wasn’t right. After just a few minutes Andy was going above and beyond, as they say, “his pay grade”, and fixed the issue. He totally did not have to take the steps he did to ensure I received the money that was owed to me. I highly recommend dealing with Andy if you ever need anything from this bank! Thank you so much for your professionalism and going above and beyond to make a horrible situation right!!!!!”

I just love this branch and especially the first teller on the left......She goes out of her way to help on many occasions.”
“I came in and had a ton of deposits to deposit and nila was amazing! She was so friendly and helped me with a smile even though I came in close to the end of the day with more deposits than they normally take! I normally would feel embarrassed like the annoying last minute customer and she made me feel more than welcome and was very understanding to my situation. “Working in NYC, I have always had banking relationships with big banks like Chase, Bank of America, and Citibank. I recently opened accounts and applied for loans with a Hudson Heritage FCU branch located in Central Valley, and I had the most amazing experience!!! The personal and professional services I received from my Financial Service Representative, Gaitri Mahadeo-Ramphal, were truly outstanding. She was diligent in emailing me updates on my loan applications and was extremely quick in preparing my loan documentations as soon as the loans were approved. The proceeds were deposited immediately and all were completed without me having to follow-up with her. She expedited the processing of my loan efficiently and in such a friendly professional manner!!! When Gaitri was not available, the Branch Manager, Martha Saldarriaga, assisted me instead of asking me to wait till Gaitri came back to the branch. The teamwork in this branch was such a pleasant surprise! I would highly recommend this branch with their amazing staff.”
“I've been a chase customer for years, over that time I've had to ask some questions and ask for service on my account. What I have learned is that washingtonville branch is the hands down the most friendly bank I've been in past 10 years. Can't say the other chase banks have been the same and I travel 5 days a week so I've been to a few safe to say. Amazing how you get treated differently when walking in wearing work clothes and dirty and than try again in go to dinner clothes. Seems if you come In lunch time and you look like your working you should be treated the same. That's how that money gets to the bank for them to use.”
