It is a good bank to use for a checking account. But their customer service is poor. Tellers at their bank sit at their desks and are not interested in helping you.Additionally, there is only one ATM and no drive-through ATM.

Expect staff to be either unfriendly or rude, depending on the weather. Very unwelcoming atmosphere.For a better experience I would advise you to try Chase.As a side note, Northeast community Bank does not accommodate electronic payments like Zelle or QuickPay.
