Well I had such a great experience last year with Otremba. I wanted to come back and luckily enough I got to work with her again. She is a delight and easy to talk to person. From what she says and I’ve seen, she loves her work. I’ll be coming back next year again. And she gave sound advice that was understandable regarding taxes. Thanks to her she represents H&R Block very well! Raise raise raise!

I really liked Veronica who did my taxes. She did a very thorough job. Veronica was such a pleasant lady and made me feel completely comfortable. She was such a pleasant woman to meet and I will be back next year to have her do my taxes.
