Wanted to bring a prescription back to put it in the lock up box but it was full. They claimed that it was an outside company but have they called to pick it up? The Walgreens in West Seneca doesn't even have one (ALL PHARMACIES SHOULD) so I made a special trip to the L.A. location and it was a waste of gas and time

Just replaced from Rite aid closing. A little slow with all the new prescriptions. But it will improve. Easy app to use also. Scheduled shots also

I never had issues with this pharmacy but within the last few months it's become a JOKE. I'm assuming they got way too greedy and took on WAY more pharmacy customers from Rite Aid than they had the capacity to handle and now every script takes 10x longer. They can't even give you a time frame they're so backlogged. Every time I'm there there's a huge line with some people frantic because theyve been waiting over a week! It's ridiculous. I'm looking elsewhere ASAP. The higher ups screwed this place big time.

The pharmacy department is beyond the worst ever. The cashiers are rude, slow, condescending and just plain not nice to customers. The pharmacy department is under staffed, but I don’t accept that as an excuse. A four hour wait for a script is ridiculous. Today, the drive thru had a seven car backup so I went inside and waited in a line of eight people awaiting service. Slow as molasses doesn’t begin to describe these workers. I’m so done with Walgreen’s and switching to CVS. Fingers crossed that the cashiers there will be at least nice.

Worst decision to switch after rite aid closing. I tried being patient and giving grace but they are just plain rude and ignorant. I will be switching pharmacies again.

Everybody here is very friendly, but unfortunately you won't get much done without walking in. I'm not sure how you can call at 2pm with two callers ahead of you and wait 30 min before hanging up, because the same two callers are ahead of you and nobody has picked up the phone. Inexcusable guys!

Since they took over Rite Aid customers,
Wait times are horrible. Low stock no stock on items. Had Stock issues before but not to this extent. Phone rings and rings. I’m looking into other options.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after a handful of visits, I feel like it’s fair to say this pharmacy is hit or miss. Not everyone there is rude, there are a few employees who are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, that’s not the norm. A lot of the staff come off as impatient or like they don’t really want to be bothered with questions, even basic ones.
What’s more frustrating is how unknowledgeable some of them seem about their own products and inventory. I come in and get the same products every time and when I see the grey haired gentlemen I know I will be getting what I came for. When I see some of the newer staff… I know I will be told that they don’t have it” even tho I get it every time no problem when it’s 2 of the employees who I don’t know their names but those guys are the best people to talk to

I never leave bad reviews at places but this place is horrible. Understaffed and rude. Definitely will be switching pharmacies immediately.

Walgreens on Abbott rd is the best. I always get my groceries from there. Always great prices.

I used to think this pharmacy was great until I was advised last minute that it's no longer in my insurance carrier network. A courtesy call when receiving the prescriptions from the doctor would've been nice. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S ASTHMA/BREATHING MEDICATIONS!!!!!! So good job. Now I have no scripts and fighting an attack because of your lack of customer service and care. Horrible horrible horrible!! ZERO stars.

I came in here three days ago. I needed a can opener and carpet deodorizer. I stopped in this place rather than go to my retail job on my day off. I couldn't find the carpet deodorizer. The manager helped me find the Glade variety. I didn't even know that Glade made that kind of thing. Well, I picked up a few unnecessary things that caught my eye. The cashier was quick, efficient, and kind. They had what I needed here. The staff was very helpful. I was happy to come here and will definitely return soon.

Most miserable rudest pharmacist and pharmacist workers EVER! Not very helpful and not caring at all. Dont like your job, then get a new one.
