“We came across a horse drawn sleigh ride with dinner as a last minute ADK experience and it was amazing! The weather was perfect (4.25pm) with the afternoon turning to dusk and the ride was memorable. Afterwards we headed indoors to the speakeasy for some reading and the atmosphere was perfect. Afterwards we had dinner (pre-order) and it didn't disappoint. Jacob and Yurgen were working the upstairs and did an amazing job. I would certainly book this again.”

“Charlie's has opened the original train station on their property up as a store. It's a quick and easy place to stop for a snack and beverage while biking by on the Adk Rail Trail. They also carry a limited selection of personal items and souvenirs.”

“You nearly earned a 5 star. Only reason for 4 stars was there was no fridge or microwave in the room. (Come on guys that is a must in Hilton Hotels). Now on to the good stuff. We stayed on the 6th floor. We loved the look of the hotel. Its 1920s all the way, yet very modern, classy even. Staff who man the desk are very professional. Even shared a few ghost stories with us. We didn't get to see a ghost while there ;) But maybe next time. The beds were comfortable. The view from our room was stunning. We could see the downtown. For our 30th Anniversary it was lovely to visit Saranac. I highly recommend this hotel. Its located in the heart of the town so you can walk out of the hotel and within 2 mins be at Blue Moon Cafe for breakfast ( or you could use Hotel Saranac's Campfire Restaurant ) Origin coffee is 2 mins away too. So you can park there and walk the whole down town without driving. Thanks staff. Very kind.”

“I stayed there for a wedding. Andrea is the best, she gave us A + service. We asked for two full beds and we got our request. She made our stay pleasant. The welcome chocolate in our room was also sooo good.”

“Good hotel for the price. I think 4 stars is fair. It’s clean, comfortable, free breakfast. The WiFi is was really slow and there were some issues with our room but nothing too concerning which is just what I was looking for. The cheapest hotel in the area that I wouldn’t be scared was a health hazard. The pool was nice and clean but cold, no hot tub.”
