Famous Footwear Outlet in Lake George is known for its excellent customer service and helpful staff. A recent customer praised a young employee for his honesty after he returned a lost cell phone, allowing the customer to retrieve it after hours. Another customer appreciated the store's effort to resolve a shipping issue with an online order, ensuring their son's shoes arrived in time for a special event. The store maintains a nice atmosphere, and staff members remain respectful even in challenging situations. Customers should note that, as a theft prevention measure, only left shoes are displayed on the sales floor.
Huge shout out to Ms. Julian today on her outstanding assistance in my return; you went out of your way to inform me about coupons that I have, you were MOST HELPFUL!! Good customer service lacks all around but not at the LG store. Thanks again, you deserve a raise. Shoot for the stars girl, you got this!
