“I had a great experience visiting the New Balance Factory Store in Lake George. The store has a good selection of athletic shoes, clothing, and accessories for different styles and needs. I especially liked the variety of New Balance footwear, with several options available at discounted outlet prices. The store was clean, organized, and easy to walk around, and the products were displayed clearly by size and type. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, which made shopping more enjoyable. It’s a convenient stop if you’re visiting the Lake George outlets and looking for quality athletic products at reasonable prices.”
“Great selection of baby and small children's clothing, but i think their over priced for how fast kids grow out of them. Great if your going to hand them down in a growing family.”

“The manager of the store, Xander(?) was so helpful and assisted my husband in trying to find the right shoe for his foot.
We were never going to return to this store after a problem we had with a pair of hiking boots we bought from that store. The salesperson was very dismissive of the issue we had. Not polite or helpful at all. Because of the manager this day, 8/23/26, 17:03:55, we had a much different experience and will return.”

“With all the Memorial Day sales going on, the managers decided to dress up in red, white and blue and help attract other customers into the store. They didn't have to, between the clothing quality and excellent customer service - Under Armour Outlet is a can't miss!”
“Amazing staff!! They didn't have the size we needed so they called the Burlington vt store and were told to call back in 15 minutes!! We were all shocked who does that, while customer's are waiting? So the wonderful staff in the NY store ordered them for us and shipped them to our home.”

“I stopped in at the outlet to update my Merrill’s for an upcoming trip.
The first pair I tried on didn’t feel right, so I asked Jason and Brandon for a recommendation. The came up with some shoes to try, went back and found my size and even gave me advice on what color to get.
I walked out with two pairs of shoes. I normally hate shoe shopping but these to gentlemen mad it quick and easy.”

“I had a great experience visiting the adidas Outlet Store in Lake George. The store was clean, spacious, and well organized, with a good selection of adidas clothing, shoes, and accessories. There were plenty of styles and sizes to choose from, and I found the outlet prices to be quite reasonable compared with regular retail stores. The staff were friendly, helpful, and available when I needed assistance without being intrusive. I especially liked the variety of sportswear and casual items, making it easy to find something for everyday use or workouts. Overall, it’s definitely worth visiting while shopping in Lake George.”
“I don’t normally leave reviews, but Nicke in the Lake George location was the sweetest employee and went above and beyond to help us and put smiles on our faces. He represents the store so well, not just with his kind heart, but his awesome Lego crocs! He took an interest while we were checking out noticing the charms my kids picked and what their interests were. Made everyone smile. Nowadays customer service like this is hard to find, the world needs more people like this to represent the face of the stores! He deserves a raise! :)”

“I stopped there this last Saturday, I have to say that I have been to many DXL stores and Logan who was working was absolutely the best. Very attentive to what I wanted, and was very helpful. Plus he was super friendly right from the start introduced himself as soon as I walked in. Every DXL store should have people like Logan!!”
