Other outlet stores in the area may sell some older styles, but this store only sells ASICS shoes and some sportswear. They even sell shoes specifically for pickleball. My wife saved 20% on a current Gel style.”

“My car broke down 3 hours from home and 3 hours from the place I was going. My daughter and I walked in to waste some time while my husband came to our rescue. “Excellent customer service. There was a shipping problem with an order placed on the famous footwear website, and this store was selected to fill the order. Customer service was not able to change an incorrect shipping address and transferred me to the store in Lake George. The store employee and manager went above and beyond to correct the shipping address. As a result, we were able to receive our sons shoes in time for his first winter dance. We received the shoes today, and they are in perfect condition and fit well. Thanks again to the staff at this store for the help and attention that they put forth for their customer whom they hadn't even met.”

“I never reviewed Merrell? Weird. I've been here many times over the years - especially when they have good sales. I happen to like the brand and quality of their items, and this location is great. Today it was a tad busy...munch busier than I can tolerate these days, so I left empty handed. That said, I still tried on a pair of shoes that didn't quite fit right (but they were discounted significantly!). If the aisles were just a bit wider and the store wasn't quite so "people-ey" today, I might have lasted a bit longer.”
