I applied for a part time sales job..Jenny the Mgr said she was interested in me for a mgmt position. Told her I wanted to do sales. A week later she gave me this BS story that some stores were closing and that the company was hiring from within. The nearest store is 2 hrs away in VT..very unlikely peeps there are relocating for $15/hr. Jenny has NO integrity. Instead of lying just be an adult & tell the Truth!

From Canada bought shoes from this outlet on may 19 as I was trying them on .my cell phone must of slipped out of my back pocket.searched every where then decided to call the cell phone number .I guy answered and said are you the owner of the phone.it was after 6 and they were closing up for the night .I asked if I could wait in the parking lot till he was finished his shift to receive the phone.i was so impressed with this young man for his honesty and allowing me to pick up the phone instead of waiting until next business day.Big shout out to famous footware in lake George thank you so much .

Excellent customer service. There was a shipping problem with an order placed on the famous footwear website, and this store was selected to fill the order. Customer service was not able to change an incorrect shipping address and transferred me to the store in Lake George. The store employee and manager went above and beyond to correct the shipping address. As a result, we were able to receive our sons shoes in time for his first winter dance. We received the shoes today, and they are in perfect condition and fit well. Thanks again to the staff at this store for the help and attention that they put forth for their customer whom they hadn't even met.

Nice atmosphere and staff is helpful and respectful, even when customers are rude. Just know that as a theft prevention they only have left shoes on the floor.

We normally stop here late summer to get shoes for the summer and for school year. Some times you get great deals. Some times you don't. But great selection and staff is normally helpful

It was pretty quick regardless of the pandemic going on. No lines until I was next. Then everyone decided come and check out. Amanda, the associate was pleasant.
