About Northern Living NY

Northern Living NY is a short-term rental management company that realizes a property is a valuable investment. They specialize in making homes renter-ready and provide marketing, house cleaning, and maintenance to ensure a stress-free stay for guests and keep the good reviews coming. The properties they manage are described as wonderful, ideal, and perfect. Guests highlight beautiful and stunning properties with comfortable rooms, beautiful decor, a screened porch, and an oversized deck. Features include an arcade, hot tub, large TVs, multiple play areas, and a lake view. The location is perfect. Beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. The host is incredibly responsive, accommodating, welcoming, and responds to messages promptly. While most stays are wonderful, guests should be aware that the driveway and stairs can be steep. Minor issues have included a toilet clogging, a missing remote, and a lack of tissues. Overall, guests have the best time, absolutely love their stay, and will definitely be booking again.
