Leslie and magenta were both fantastic in helping me to find the right product, along with activating my phone, and walking me through the process. I had a great experience and will buy all Apple products through here. If I had to use three words to describe the staff here it would be knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Too much traffic. So many people in and out, especially on weekend. Looks like museum. Try not to prefer on weekends if you don’t like crowded place. Overall good. 4/5.

The staff acted immediately to my request, it was getting busy. I didn’t even have an appointment. I really appreciate they didn’t make me wait a long time.
