“I just want to say this has literally been the best T-mobile store I’ve even been to in about 20 years as a past and present customer. Erik was the gentleman that helped us and he was excellent in communicating everything and helped us through the process of becoming T-Mobile customers again . Super pleasant, Thanks!”

“Wow what a day. Brought my phone to a TMobile authorized dealer by my house.Did not know it was different from a Corporate location. Was sold a phone i didn't need and taken out my a existing plan. I returned the phone but my account was a mess.On the way home from my daughters I noticed the Lake Grove location on Nesconset Highway. I took a chance. What a lucky break.I was complaining to an associate. The manager,Jay Kunkel overhead and stepped in.I am 75 and never in my life, have I had better customer service. He called corporate and patiently explained the situation.EVERYTHING was fixed and restored.Big difference between a authorized dealer and the Corporate in Lake Grove. If you live in mid Suffolk County,go to Jay.HE IS A SUPERSTAR!”

“Most friendly 7-Eleven on the island. The husband runs the cleanest yet most relaxed store, and his beautiful wife is an absolute gem of a lady. Very helpful, sincere and good community-oriented people. If you hate this store, you're not an American.God bless them both”
