“Wow what a day. Brought my phone to a TMobile authorized dealer by my house.Did not know it was different from a Corporate location.Was sold a phone i didn't need and taken out my a existing plan. I returned the phone but my account was a mess.On the way home from my daughters I noticed the Lake Grove location on Nesconset Highway. “I recently switched back from Optimum to Verizon for my cellular device (from home by calling the 800#) and the sales rep on the phone told me I needed a transfer pin which I provided. I was told that there would be NO INTERRUPTION in service. I was told Optimum will disconnect and Verizon will automatically take over. Well, that is exactly what DIDN'T happen! The phone could not make or receive any calls. Essentially I spent a total of 4 hours on and off the phone using my husband's cell that day only to be told Tier 2 of tech support couldn't do anything else for me because they couldn't communicate with my phone and that I would have to take it to a local Verizon. Terrified I wouldn't get the issue resolved, I hoped for the best. Nicholas Brodeur who is an Assistant Manager at their Lake Grove, NY location SWOOPED IN AND SAVED THE DAY! He was SO HELPFUL and got my issue squared away with 15 minutes. A quick scan of my license and then whatever other magic they do there behind the scenes and I walked out with a working phone! IN MY OPINION, he proved invaluable and he should be recognized for his outstanding service!”

“I hope the store reads these - sales associate Taylor gave me such a pleasant experience. I had a repair that needed to be done within a short time frame, I have apple care and its a quick fix. After being turned down from my first appointment due to too many people needing the same assistance, I was instructed to come in the following day, where she gave me the same answer. I explained the urgency behind the issue calmly and she did not skip a beat to do everything she could to fit me in. Safe to say I got my repair to meet my timing.
