Had a great experience in this store. The lovely employee named John H. was friendly and so helpful. Empathetic and respectful while solving the issues i was having with my iphone. I recommend this apple store at smith haven. Thanks john H for solving my cell phone issue and making this easy for me. I will be back

Three stars only because it took us two days to solve something Jorge and Jeff solved in 10 mins. Jen was incompetent and then defensive and rude when confronted on day two. Everyone was made aware the broken iPhone was for a diabetic child who needs the phone for the insulin app- not only did she take hours to “fix”, “send out”, get a “loaner” etc, but ultimately sent my husband and son away to t-mobile for “evidence of purchase” for an iPhone we clearly had on a whole family plan they could see on their end AND completely ignored him upon their return for over an hour before he had to leave to go get our other children. She was nasty and dismissive the next day, where luckily two other intelligent employees not only figured out the issue with the phone in 10 mins; but arranged us to pick up a replacement same day in another store. If it weren’t for those two gentlemen, I’d never return to this store.

Alex was fantastic!! My iPhone was not charging and he completely cleaned out the charging port and gave me tips on how to keep it clean. He even gave me a call afterwards with some more information on the phone which was perfect because I was in a rush and he catered to me. I really appreciate his thoroughness with my appointment. He was so insightful, and the whole experience was great. My first time at that location, I’ll be back!!

Title: Extremely Disappointing Service and InflexibilityI am deeply frustrated with my recent experience at this Apple Store location. Due to an unforeseen road closure on Middle Country Road, I arrived late for my appointment. Despite the store being visibly quiet with no more than 15 customers, the staff insisted on rescheduling my appointment. What's more, they didn't even offer the option to wait for the next available slot. This inflexibility and lack of understanding significantly inconvenienced me and disrupted my plans for the day. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service from a brand that prides itself on customer satisfaction. I expected much better.

After my purchase of a mac studio I came into this store April 5, I had to factory reset an old Mac to hand down to my son. I just wanted to mention that the crew that was on this shift, went above and beyond to help me. This is part of the reason I'll spend 2500 or more on a mac. The customer service and support is the best in the tech industry.
