I had an excellent experience at Firestone thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Patrick, the manager. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made sure I fully understood the services my vehicle needed. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way Patrick does. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

I stopped in for a slow leak on my rear right tire. I spoke with Pat, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He inspected my tire and told me all I needed was a simple patch and not a new tire (like another shop did). While fixing my tire Pat noticed my inspection was overdue and took care of that as well. They truly are a one stop shop and I highly recommend. 5 stars because 6 isn’t an option

Another terrific visit to this shop! Excellent customer service. Work order details clearly and specifically explained by Patrick Dennis. Also, the turnaround times were amazing. Work completed as promised as there was as never a need to return for same issue. Thank you all so much! Looking forward to my next visit.

I had ma rear brakes done in October of last year spending over $1000 at that time. Now in July my car is making a terrible noise. Returned the car to firestone and was told to bring it back when it gets worse. I took my car to another shop because the noise was driving me crazy and was told I had the wrong break pads on the car. Now going back to firestone and finally got it corrected. Next time I'll just go to a local side shop and will probably save money and get it done right the first time. So sad ladies, be careful out there.

I highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care. Called Firestone to see if I could drop off car for tire problem. Was told 'Yes, bring it in' so I did. Was greeted by Rich at counter. Extremely polite, very welcoming and he assured me car would be ready by end of day. He kept me informed during throughout the day. Then called me to say car was ready. I couldn't have had better customer service! Thank you Rich and mechanics at Firestone Auto Care Lake Grove for outstanding customer excellence! Would definitely recommend to all!!!
