“Blown away by my experience here. Didn’t know getting a car repaired could be such a great experience. After being turned down by Walmart for walk-ins and Autozone being so overpriced, my husband and I were so discouraged and stressed for our car and finances. We came by here on a whim because we heard we could get our air pumped for free, and they welcomed us with a fantastic attitude and smile (such a contrast to our last two experiences at other places). We also asked on a whim if they replaced car batteries, and they said yes! That they could do it on the spot! It was incredibly fair priced/affordable and they changed it in just 12 minutes!! Check out was easy and smooth. Pricing was so fair. All the workers we interacted with were so kind and in a great mood. I can’t tell you how much the great attitude really made our day. Thank you STS Tire for all your incredible service. Please keep it up. We will be returning for future problems, and recommending our friends to go here!”

“Recently went for an inspection as I had used this location in the past for another car I owned and had totally forgot they could do inspections. Both my previous and this experience were great. I made an appointment and there were other walk ins at the same time. While it appeared they were a bit short staffed they were prompt, professional, courteous and helpful to myself and everyone who walked in. My last car they did an alignment and again in that visit several years ago I received and saw the same care provided. I was in out in a very reasonable time period. Would totally recommend.”

“Sterling and Jack were amazing. I had an employee show up to the jobsite with a flat tire. The tire was beyond repair but they had a replacement tire mounted and balanced in notice at all. Sterling wisely ordered a matching tire as the car was a Subaru with AWD and tires need to match. What could have been a brutal experience turned out to be wonderful. 5 stars isn't enough for me to say thank you.”

“My son and I were on US 87-N a few miles south of the Kingston, NY exit when the tire pressure light illuminated on the dash. We made some panicked phone calls to garages in the area and eventually were referred to Van Kleeck’s. We made it there just before the tire went flat. We were headed to Hanover New Hampshire to drop him off at college the next morning, and we were desperate to get back on the road. The staff at Van Kleeck’s was incredibly helpful, understanding, and responsive to our needs (indeed, everyone was, but here’s a special shout out to John, who performed the repair so quickly for us). Within an hour, Van Kleeck’s had assessed the problem and repaired the tire and had us back on our way, along with very helpful instructions about a shortcut for getting back on 87. Thanks Van Kleeck’s!”
