“Sterling and Jack were amazing. I had an employee show up to the jobsite with a flat tire. The tire was beyond repair but they had a replacement tire mounted and balanced in notice at all. Sterling wisely ordered a matching tire as the car was a Subaru with AWD and tires need to match. What could have been a brutal experience turned out to be wonderful. 5 stars isn't enough for me to say thank you.”

“I booked my car in for a State inspection. The process was easy, but the map location was off. There is a similar business down the road. I eventually found Monroe, set back and easily missed if you drive too fast. I pulled into Monro I was greeted with a smile at the front desk. I needed to wait for my car, so I took a little walk around the complex with my dog. Maybe 15-20 minutes later, unlike at other places I’ve visited, my car was ready. Brilliant.
