“So I waited several months to write this review because I was apprehensive to join this bank given some of the previous reviews. My family of 4 switched over to this location because the Lake Grove location closed. We are very happy with this branch. We needed to switch over and condense all of our accounts, open a new account and move our things to a new safety deposit box. When our daughter had to do her taxes for the first time this year she went to get a bank check with no problem. We've easily walked in to get papers notarized. We have dealt with several staff members with all these changes. Everyone who has helped us has been pleasant, courteous, professional and most helpful. They know us as a family and their services and hours are great. We highly recommend this branch.”
