“I recently visited this Chase branch for an in-lobby banking experience, and overall it was a solid visit. The staff was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. The branch itself was clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere, which made the process smoother than expected.

That said, I did run into a frustrating issue when trying to deposit a check that had my wife’s maiden name on it. Despite explaining the situation, they weren’t able to accommodate the deposit, which felt a bit rigid and inconvenient. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but some flexibility or clearer guidance would have gone a long way.

All in all, the customer service was good and the experience was mostly positive, but situations like that keep it from being a full 5 stars.”

Jamine has answered a lot of our question regarding the account without even having to talk to a representative. The representatives are a team of professionals who knows what they are doing and tries to help us solve our problems efficiently. Surprisingly, they remembered us the second time we were there. One time we didn't realize it was past 6pm. They didn't rush us or say anything, and were willing to stay later for us until our problems are addressed. They cared about customers and made our experiences very pleasant. I would recommend this branch with all my heart, to whoever is looking for a trustworthy BOA branch around Centereach.”
