They are very professional and courteous. They called me after a prescription was ordered to let me know about a drug interaction and made a point of mentioning it again when I went to fill the prescription. When my health insurance recently changed Kathy called the carrier to make sure it was activated helping me to avoid paying out of pocket for the antibiotics and she stopped me from being billed for a doctors appointment earlier in the day.
