  Awful Customer service, my wife run in to withdraw money since is our daughter’s 16th birthday. She’s making a money cake the ATM didn’t give her change so she walk into the bank, the teller refused to give her change. On a busy day she had to run all the way home to bring ID just to get $90 in charge to build a money... read full comment

  Bohemia Branch staff is not good all staff is rude and not good answer I am student so staff tell me I do not open your bank account because you have not driving license not USA document but I need open new account for my driving license that my USA document.

  By far the worst customer service out of all the TD banks. Especially if you need to speak to someone by the desks. They are so rude
