Store is always being stocked, and if theres something you are looking for specifically they will help you look for it and if its unavailable they will hold it with your name when it does come in. “I want to recognize Bobby at Ollie's for outstanding customer service. While other, not so friendly employees wouldn't acknowledge me. Bobby stopped what he was doing- stocking shelves-and went out of his way to help me without hesitation. It required him to get a ladder and open a box. He found me in the store and gave me what l needed. That kind of care feels rare these days,and it truly meant alot. What touched me even more was when he stopped me just to say thank you for my kindness and told me we need more people like me in this world. The feeling is mutual for me,as well. Ollie's needs to clone Bobby for customer service. That young man represents Ollie's well and that's what customer service should look like.
