My personal biggest positive was that the property manager was available and prompt on resolving any matters the couples times I needed help or if something wasn’t working. “We lived here for five years and overall had a very positive experience. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly, and the community was quiet and well-kept, even with families who had young children. The office manager, Sandra, has a strong personality but is approachable once you get to know her I truly enjoyed my conversations with her for the most part. Both the staff and neighbors were consistently friendly, and the community is welcoming to families, seniors, pets, and individuals with disabilities. My husband has Multiple Sclerosis, and the staff always did their best to accommodate his needs, which we greatly appreciated.
The only drawback we experienced was the consistent rent increases each year, which tended to be on the higher side. While this wasn’t the reason we chose to leave, it is something future residents may want to keep in mind. Overall, we would still recommend this community, particularly for short-term stays or for those seeking a peaceful, family-friendly environment.”
