“If I didn't see it I would've never believed it. There do exist a Dollar Tree that is super clean and that includes the floors. The shelf's are nicely presented with all your needs. Even though things are no longer just a dollar. It's still well worth shopping here for your selective items.”

“Some of the shelves had empty spaces, but this store had the BEST selection of kids clothes I’ve ever seen at a DG. A lot of the new ones don’t carry clothes. The women’s and men’s are in separate isles and they are LOW. I’m a short person and to constantly comb thru clothes that are above my head. Is crazy and annoying. They also had the MOST easter stuff I’ve seen in any store. One of my new favs. :)”

“What an amazing store. Clean organized and great selection. It’s the best one in the western New York area in my opinion. I will always shop there now. The staff is so helpful and take the time to answer questions. Really feel comfortable shopping. I believe it’s the assistant manager Jessy that was so helpful to this older couple while I was there I had to take notice. Good employees are hard to find these days. Hats off to this store and the staff.”

“This store has kind and helpful staff. I came in for chapstick and ended up spending $25 on necessary but unneeded items. The cashier was helpful, when I asked where the chapstick was. (It was the only item I was missing.) I didn't know they had self checkouts at Dollar General. All-in-all, it was a great experience.”
“Some good buys.A lot of stock with sadly, no workers to keep up with stock. Check out was fast and courteous. Some shrink inflation hit some items which were more fir your money.”

“I drove out of my way to work there when they needed cashier help. The staff was very nice and the manager was glad I was there to help out. Although I've never been at that store before, I did my best to help customers find items and I met a lot of nice customers there who appreciated me. If they ever needed cashier help again, I would definitely drive out there again. It was a 45-minute drive, but the kind staff makes it worth it. I also love the toy pigs they have on the registers for customers to squeeze when we have to do restocking in between cashiering!”

“Was in the store today around 530-6 pm. I accidentally left my wallet under the flap in one of the carts. it has my social security cards as well as my children's. It had all of my money for christmas For my kids. my medical cards for myself and my children, as well as around $40-$60 in cash and my bank card and other cards. I asked to review tapes to see if someone maybe took the cash and threw the wallet onto a shelf or something at least and I feel as though I got a bit of an attitude when I asked. the guy said it's on a 24 hour loop so theycouldnt until tomorrow so I asked to come in tomorrow to see and he then said the manager has to do it and that cant happen til Monday ( which is absolutely fine!) but it just felt like I was a bother to even ask. It didn't seem as though anyone really wanted to help much Except for 1 lady in the store That was shopping. I go here all the time! I am a regular, i absolutely love the workers but today I felt like I got attitude just for asking.”
“It's Xmas Eve and we realized we needed more milk and the grocery stores are closed. I stopped in here and a cheeerful employee directed me to the aisle with milk. A moment later, the same helpful and friendly young lady rang me up and I was on my way. I wasn't expecting such fast and friendly service so late on a holiday evening. Thank you!”
“The old adage is “you get what you pay for” and that certainly applies here, but the store is well stocked and there is surprising variety to what they carry, things you wouldn’t expect but maybe just one or two options of a certain item. Store is a bit cramped and dim but for a dollar store they are just fine.”

They always have things that their other locations always seem yo just get a cpl so they go fast or shoplifting got to it before I did ?, anyways its a bit of a drive but worth it to me for the cleanliness and the products being in stock. Try to make it here at least once a week fir basics like TP, dish soap, and a few food items like cereal that they always have on sale. Groceries are gtn more n more expensive every day and I can count on them for stability in that department??”
“Kudos to the whole team at the location on Walden Ave in Depew. It was the cleanest and most organized Dollar General I have ever been in. I have avoided this chain for years, as well as one other like it, because of bad experiences like disorganization and lack of customer attention. But this store in particular was immaculate and the staff was friendly and hard working, and it showed! They didn’t mope around acting like they hated their job, wishing they were someplace else. Thank you for caring about your customers and place of employment. Well done! You truly are appreciated!”

“I love DollarTree!! There are just so many items... so many I buy cleaning supplies, first aid supplies, hair accessories, dog tests, school supplies, games, chatckis galore... today I even find organic canned crushed and whole fire roasted tomatoes to make sauce... can't beat that!!! Everything is so affordable, how can you go wrong? One star removed because sometimes it's a bit of a mess, sometimes the staff is unresponsive to helping...”
“Glad to see a store that has enough items that don't cost too much, and save a trip to Alden or East Aurora to get.Store is immaculate, and free of carts for the number of times I've been in there. In addition, the staff are friendly and have been willing to help customers instead of hiding from them.A national and regional chain store was kind of expected to happen eventually, and I'm glad to see that Dollar General came in and has provided a quality experience for its customers.”

“I LOVE this location of Dollar Tree!! I have been coming here for years now and couldn’t be happier with everything about the place. During the pandemic, when most places were closed they were not only open normal hours BUT they were well stocked the entire time and you would of never known they were short staffed they always had people at the checkouts and really I think, was one of the best kept stores during the worst times we’ve ever expierenced in most our lifetimes especially when it comes to retail stores. Everyone working has always been extremely friendly I’m always greeted by whoever is at the register and I’ve even had employees double check in the back for stuff when I didn’t even ask them too. With the prices changing, I have even more good things to say about the store which sounds odd but the upgrades for the small up in price is really nice! have really cute items especially with holiday decorations. Walmart and big lots sell similar items for triple the price so I’m all about it! 10/10 stars from me! It’s also the closest location to my house and I’m extremely grateful for that. I do miss them being open until 10pm but in 2023 they’re open later then restaurants so again kudos too $Tree for still being open when most aren’t. (I mean We still work till evening hours but stores seem to think it’s worth closing earlier then ever before which leaves me and many others unable to do any shopping on work days.)”
