“My wife and I live in North Carolina, and we ordered a floral arrangement for my 96 year young aunt who lives in West Seneca, NY. as we like to work with local businesses. Yesterday I called William's Florist, and spoke with Robert. He spent time with us over the phone and gave us expert advice. In our conversation, he became aware that both our and my aunt's heritage is Polish. Robert said that he would have the arrangement delivered by an employee that knows Polish.... Today we received a phone call from my aunt, as she shared her joy and gratitude for the beautiful arrangement! She then said that Laura, the lady who delivered her flowers made everything extra special! Laura went above and beyond in a very caring manner. She placed the flowers where my aunt could see them, removed the plastic and made it look perfect! Then upon leaving, Laura stopped and sang, "Sto Lat!", which is a Polish Birthday song meaning, "May you live 100 years!" ... Needless to say, my aunt was touched by Laura's caring delivery! ... Therefore, we thank Williams 's Florist, Robert and the very lovely Laura for making my aunt's 96th birthday so very special! ... James”

“I stopped in because I needed some flowers as a gift and was blown away at how beautiful and wide their selection was! The flowers were probably the most gorgeous I've ever seen and they lasted quite a long time, and the woman running the shop was so kind. She even let me look in her back cooler and we got to talking about all the different varieties they had available. I cannot recommend this shop more; the flowers are stunning and high quality and it is run with such kindness and passion for what they do!”

Carol is always close by to offer suggestions and advice. Most recently, I stopped in for a last-minute bouquet for my daughter's wedding. Carol helped me choose the best flowers and she designed the perfect bouquet. The flowers held up the entire week after she was married. I highly recommend a visit to "A Snail's Place". You won't be disappointed.”
