“I had the displeasure of buying a broken car from Carvana and was left with a trash mechanic in Carvana's network who did an unbelievably bad job fixing the issues with my car. I decided to go out of Carvana's network and landed here at Wholesale Transmission. The staff here was EXCELLENT and even went out of their way to fight for me with Carvana about covering the job done. They didn't know me, but they went the extra mile to help me out when I was without a car for a month! I wish I lived closer to here, they would be my main mechanic. Honest people, great work.”

“Setting my appointment was very easy, they got back to me right away which was great, as another company didn't even call me back. On the day of the repair Matt texted me first and showed up right on the time I scheduled. I had a battery replaced in a car I was selling. He had it installed and running in no time, half an hour I think. It was less than I expected and I knew the job was done right. I'll definitely use them again if I have mobile needs, and would have no problem trying their shop. A+”

“Brian and the team provided excellence service for my '17 Dodge Ram exhaust manifold leak. Brian took on the job despite having to deal with my extended warranty service company. This requires lots of phone calls, patience and wait times to speak with Representatives. The job was taken care of at a fair cost, with very clear transparency of the work that needed to be done and pre-approval. I would highly recommend this shop.”

“I am new to the areas and my car began to make multiple different noises. I googled shops near me and found Dadswells! They were able to get my car in quickly, and had my car returned to me the same day! The noises ended up being very minor things - parts needed cleaned and shifted around as they were catching. They took care of it - did not charge me - and I have not heard any of the noises ever since! I was very pleased with the honesty of this shop. Everyone I spoke to explained every step of their process to me, I felt very involved and understood everything they said!”

“By far the most trustworthy mechanic you can ask for. I had an issue with my oil leaking after I got an oil change at delta sonic. Delta sonic said my engine oil pan gasket was leaking along with my transmission oil pan gasket. I was expecting to have a high bill after hearing that story. Bob & Don’s mechanic looked at my car, said it was a small seal that the delta sonic shop screwed up, and charged me way less than I was expecting because they diagnosed the issue correctly.
They could’ve charged me for replacing the gaskets which would have been a pretty large bill, but only charged me for replacing a small seal and replacing the oil due to properly diagnosing the issue. 100% recommend this shop for anyone looking for a trustworthy and competent mechanic.”

“After my tire broke loose from my car I was able to get towed to Gerry’s Auto Service. Everyone there was extremely professional. I received a thorough report of the work that needed to be done and was kept appraised of any new discoveries and the cost of these repairs.”
“I was driving to work when something seemed to fall off from under my car and was dragging on the ground. I pulled off into a parking lot and tried calling a few mechanics that were in the area. Five Star was the only one who picked up and told me to come right in. Ron introduced himself to me and took the time to show me what was going on underneath my car. Luckily it was an easy fix that took about 5 minutes (heat shield kept rusting out and falling, needed to be removed) and Ron did not charge me for it since we decided not to replace the part and it was a quick fix. I was very thankful for the fast service and thorough explanation, and needless to say, Five Star Automotive made what could have been a stressful morning into a very easy one!”

“I used to go to Cesar’s as a newly postpartum, single mom. Back then, I had a three year old Chevrolet Trax, which continued to have issues and it was very stressful. This is the type of situation that some mechanics will take advantage of. Not Cesar.
Cesar treated me like a daughter, to the extent that I am writing this review, six years later because I still think of his kindness, even though my situation has improved.
Cesar never overcharged me, he talked to me with respect, he was kind, courteous, fair and patient. He knew a little about my situation, and he knew it was very important for me to feel like we were in good hands. When mechanics in the family wouldn’t step up to help us, Cesar filled that void.
I’m not sure why I didn’t think to write this review sooner but I’m deeply grateful to have been able to have this type of experience.
This is the best mechanic in the area. I can confidently say that.
