The vet tech I had for my dog's appointment thoroughly explained the vaccines and answered my very random questions. Overall, a great experience and glad to know my dog is in great hands! Would highly recommend this vet for anyone living in the Southtowns. Also, I love that in their waiting room that have a bunch of headshots of dogs, cats, and even a guinea pig. “Very compassionate staff. We took our pup here all the way from Rochester after being informed of the quality of care offered. The vet tech Meg and veterinarian, Dr. Herr were great handling my dog who can get anxious and reactive at the vet.Dr. Herr took time to explain his concerns and did a very thorough examination.These people clearly care about animals.”
“When my 6-year-old cat Rory needed almost all of his teeth removed, my primary vet referred me to Dr. Hansen. I'm so pleased that there's a board-certified veterinary dentist in the area. He was patient, kind, and, most importantly, highly skilled. This isn't my first time having dental work done on my cats (the ones I adopt tend to come with preexisting dental conditions) but it was my first time with an actual veterinary dentist. Not only was the procedure fast and efficient, my cat healed up exceptionally well. His tech (Heather, I believe?) was also so kind and really helped calm my anxiety about the procedure. It's been a month and my two tooth boy is back to eating with gusto, and has apparently become three years younger in the process. It was the easiest dental procedure any of my cats have ever gone through and I am so happy knowing that my boy can finally live a pain-free, happy life! Here he is, showing off his two remaining teeth.”

“We brought our giant Flemish rabbit Winston there last night as he stopped eating and pooping, the staff were all so kind, sent us home with meds and antibiotics, but unfortunately he passed away this morning ? I would highly recommend them, they called to check on him and when I said he passed, I could feel the love and kindness coming through the phone, I wish I could remember their names but my focus was on Winston”
“Dr. Adamzak and staff was amazing with our Holland Lop rabbit, Nala. We live an hour and 30 minutes away and was in need of an exotic vet due to our bunny’s hurt back leg. We were able to get right in and they were very kind and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable too! I definitely recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital and will be making the drive back to have Nala spayed in December.”

“Dr Malo and staff have been taking care of 3 of my dogs through their lifetimes. He is amazing! He treated my Golden retriever with such gentleness when the dog had a tumor and surgery. He also fixed my little dog's severe anxiety. I highly recommend this clinic!
EDIT: I reduced this to 4 stars because of the staff. Every single time I call I get put on hold for 5-10 minutes, then they pick up and put me on hold again. Doc..get another person to answer the phones!!”

“The staff, vet techs, and Vet have always been so friendly and kind. They treat both of my dogs so amazingly. They are always honest and fair. One of my two dogs is unfortunately accident prone. They always have the best solution and don't put the most expensive one first. They gave me options for everything and explain each one. Have had only good experiences here. Glad to have found them.”
