-
1231 Kenmore Avenue, Kenmore NY 14217
“My cat was declining and needed to see a vet. I called the vet I usually go to and they couldn't get her in for a week. I knew I didn't have that much time and they recommended I call Kenmore Animal Hospital. They were able to get me in right away. I highly recommend them. We saw Dr Keisha Hawkins. She explained everything so clearly to me that may or may not be going on with my cat and my options. She did all of this while being compassionate and understanding. The Dr and all of the staff I enountered here were a pleasure to deal with. In the end we opted for euthanasia and I feel that was the right decision based on my conversation with the Dr. I was also surprised at how reasonable their costs were. Kenmore Animal Hospital is a place I would recommend.”

1395 Abbott Road Suite 2001, Lackawanna NY 14218
“took my cat here for a tail amputation and overall had a good experience. When we first set the surgery date, the nurse came back in and actually moved him up to a sooner date. I really appreciated that because it meant my cat wasn't going to be in pain for as long, and I appreciated them prioritizing that. The price was fair and included a lot. Pre-op and post-op care, bloodwork, stool sample, vaccines, X-ray, medications, and they monitored him overnight. After surgery he had a slight fever, and instead of sending him home right away they told me to wait a couple more hours while they kept an eye on him, which I thought was responsible. The surgery went well and months later he's still doing fine. For affordable routine care and surgery, they did right by my cat and I'd use them again.”

3930 N Buffalo St, Orchard Park NY 14127
“Everyone has their own opinions, but for emergency vet services, OP is by far, the best in the area. The staff is great, all around - front desk, techs, specialist, vets, etc... they all seem to love the animals as well - I know its a business, but they don't act like its a business first - and I really like that. They have helped save one of dogs twice in 2 years from bad Pneumonia and we are very greatful for their services.”

“I adopted a pair of kittens and have been taking them here since June. The entire staff from the Doctors, Vet Techs, office staff are just simply incredible. They saved my kitten Cider when I rushed her in and we found her kidneys were failing. Layne was especially amazing with Cider and if it wasn’t for them making me laugh during such scary time, I wouldn’t have been able to drive myself home! Layne is the most amazing vet tech I’ve ever had take care of one of my pets.”

“They are very good with communication, prior to the procedure they sent multiple emails so all the paperwork was deleted and there would be no issues the day of surgery. Drop off and pick up or smooth and minimal contact. They called after surgery was done to update me on how things went, and then the discharge instructions were reviewed at time of pickup (but also had been emailed a link for an audio file of the instructions, and was given a paper copy).”

“Myself and my dogs love everyone at ASAH!!! I feel like family and always leave with a good understanding of my dogs treatment plans. The past couple of years each of my dogs needed specific treatments. Finn has gotten dental and xrays to monitor his joints. Theo (pictured waiting for his friends to come in) has had a toe amputation, dental, and skin tag removals all with great success. Valley has had dental and oral surgery and got to tag along with Theo on his visit today for an anal gland issue that arose. Dr. Stein does a wonderful job explaining everything in an easy to comprehend way and I always feel assured all my questions are answered. Amanda and Caroline are always supportive and kind at the front desk and always seem happy to see my and my precious fur babies. Thank you all for everything you do for me and my dogs”

“I have been going to Dr. Parisi for over 40 years. Numerous dogs and cats with different ailments. Dr.Parisi had always given them the best care. He’s kind and cares about the animals. I moved from Cheektowaga area 9 years ago and make the 40 minute drive even though I’m probably passing 20 Veterinarian's along the way. I will not have anyone else caring for my dogs except Dr. Parisi.”

5915 Broadway, Lancaster NY 14086
“The techs and doctors at the Lancaster office are knowledgeable, caring, and very empathetic. My daughter's beloved bunny is old and unfortunately he is entering the end of life. The doctor was so understanding and sympathetic to my daughter, and offered us advice to keep him comfortable. I highly recommend to take your exotic animals here. We also bring our cats to the Williamsville office and have the same experience. We had a very sick little baby last summer and the techs and doctors took very good care of him.”
